Romance is strong between this royal pairPrince Harry and Meghan Markle continuously prove that romance isn’t dead with their PDA moments.
During their time as senior royals to now living in California away from royal life, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have always been a PDA couple. It’s quite the contrast to Harry’s older brother Prince William and his wife Kate, who tend to have more subtle PDA.
Harry and Meghan’s PDA is something that royal fans and experts have picked up on since their romance was made public in 2016.
Here’s some of our favourite PDA moments between Harry and Meghan since their relationship began.

1. Meghan and Harry’s debut as a couple
In 2016, the couple began dating. The following year, they stepped out for their first public events together.
In September 2017, they stepped out for the Invictus Games in Canada.
They held hands and enjoyed each other’s company, looking very loved-up in front of the cameras.
This was the beginning of their blossoming romance…

2. Harry and Meghan’s engagement announcement
In 2017, the couple announced they were engaged after Harry romantically popped the question at his Kensington Palace home during dinner with the former actress.
In November of that year, Harry and Meghan stepped out for their engagement photo call outside the palace.
And here were some of the first signs of PDA from the couple, who wrapped their arms around each other as Meghan cuddled into her new fiancé.

3. Wedding of Harry and Meghan
Months later, the couple tied the knot at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, on May 19, 2018.
But the couple didn’t follow royal tradition by sharing a kiss on the Buckingham Palace balcony. Instead, they kissed outside the chapel just minutes after their ceremony.
The moment left members of the public cheering with joy. What a sweet moment!

4. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s polo kiss was an iconic PDA
A couple of months after their wedding, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared a kiss at a polo match.
They attended the Sentebale Polo Cup, where Harry played.
As the trophy as being given out, the couple shared a kiss which of course was captured by photographers.

5. Australia 2018 tour
Towards the end of 2018, Harry and Meghan embarked on an overseas royal tour in Australia.
During a gathering on Bondi Beach to meet local surfing community group, Meghan was seen touching Harry’s ear as they both smiled.
It was subtle, but sweet gesture.

6. Harry fixes Meghan’s ponytail
In a touching moment, which left royal fans gushing, saw Harry fixing his wife’s ponytail as they visited Morocco.
At the time, Meghan was pregnant with their first child – son Prince Archie.

7. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s final royal engagement featured adorable PDA
At the start of 2020, Harry and Meghan announced they were stepping down from their senior royal roles. They did their final royal duties in March, just weeks before the COVID-19 pandemic hit.
During one of their final engagements, Harry and Meghan attended the 4th Endeavour Fund Awards in early March.
They walked arm-in-arm as Harry held an umbrella over them both amid the typical British weather.

8. Meghan and Harry’s kiss at Invictus Games 2022
In 2022, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared a public kiss at the opening ceremony of the event.
Harry founded the games in 2014.
As Meghan introduced him up on stage, Harry walked over to her and gave her a sweet kiss.

9. Duke and Duchess of Sussex at Invictus Games 2023
At the games a year later, Meghan and Harry looked happier than ever as they watched a volleyball competition.
Meghan had her arms around Harry’s shoulders as he put a thumbs up.

10. Invictus Games 2024
In 2024, the couple were present for the games again as they travelled to Canada for events.
During one moment, Meghan was seen holding onto Harry’s arm as they attended the One Year To Go event for Invictus Games 2025.
