He confirmed his relationship with Cat last yearCharles Spencer, the brother of the late Princess Diana, has shared a photo with his new girlfriend as they marked a milestone achievement together.
Last year, Charles, 60, went official with his The Rabbit Hole Detectives co-host Cat Jarman, following his split from wife Countess Karen Spencer.
This week, Charles posted a photo on his Instagram account, alongside Cat, as the pair marked their 100th episode of their hit podcast. Also in the photo was their fellow host, Rev Richard Coles.

Celebrating their 100th episode, Cat was holding a cake that celebrated the occasion with a picture of the podcast’s logo printed on it.
The caption read: “Celebrating the one hundredth episode of the Rabbit Hole Detectives podcast. Out today, with a wonderful cake from our producers, Folding Pocket.
“Thanks to all of you who have listened to Rev Richard Coles, Cat Jarman and me over the past two years. Subjects this week: Indian restaurants in Britain, vampires, and fortune telling. Do listen, wherever you source your podcasts.”
The trio began the podcast back in 2023. But Charles and Cat actually first met when he asked the archaeologist to excavate the Spencer family home, Althorp House. And they quickly grew close.
But it was in the summer of 2024 that they sparked romance rumours after they were spotted enjoying a theatre trip in London. At the time photos showed Charles with his hand on Cat’s back, as the pair laughed.
Charles later confirmed his relationship with Cat. He told the Mail on Sunday in November: “I am too old for hearts and flowers stuff. But the best way to describe it is that with Cat. I can be myself, she knows who I am. Who I really am. I don’t have to pretend to be something I am not. And she brings out the best in me.”

His relationship with Cat may have initially been a shock to some, especially due to the 18-year age difference between the pair. But he admitted romance wasn’t even on his mind when they met.
He continued: “The thing is, I am 18 years older than Cat and so there wasn’t even the possibility. I’ve never been with a much younger person. I wasn’t even thinking romance. I was at the tail end of a marriage. It just wasn’t a possibility.”
In June 2024, Charles announced his divorce from Karen Spencer after nearly 13 years of marriage and four children together. The pair married on June 18, 2011 at Althorp House. At the time of the divorce announcement, Charles described it as “immensely sad”.
He explained to the MailOnline: “I just want to devote myself to all my children and grandchildren. And I wish Karen every happiness in the future.”
Princess Diana ‘would be proud’ of Prince Harry after court win
Charles’ latest update comes weeks after he said his late sister Princess Diana would be “proud” of her son Prince Harry after his court case.
Along with Lord Tom Watson, former Labour deputy leader, Harry, 40, had brought legal action against News Group Newspapers (NGN) over allegations of unlawful information gathering by journalists and private investigators between 1996 to 2011. Along with this, he also alleged that executives covered it all up.
A court case was due to start, but both parties reached a ‘substantial’ settlement. After the news, Charles shared an article, and in his statement praised Harry’s “guts” and “tenacity”.
He said: “It’s wonderful that Harry also secured an apology for his mother – she would be immensely touched by this, I’m sure. And rightly proud. Well done indeed.”
