The Duke of Sussex’s visa application will remain mostly private. A judge has ruled that a specific document will remain sealed after the judge singled out its data as being sensitive.

What information from Prince Harry’s visa will be released?
However, US authorities will be releasing three redacted items from Prince Harry’s visa documents, according to the MailOnline.
Lawyers for the Department of Homeland Security have confirmed they can make the three redacted items public.
These items could provide an insight into whether the duke disclosed his past drug use on immigration forms.
The fourth document can’t be made public without revealing information that a judge has ruled should remain private.
According to the Department of Homeland Security filings, the redacted materials will be provided to Judge Nicols by March 6.
DHS lawyer John Bardo said they would “propose redacting all information in these items that would reveal information that the Court has determined Defendant can withhold”.

Prince Harry warned to be ‘very careful’ over visa row
Over the past couple of years, US President Donald Trump has said that he wouldn’t hesitate to take appropriate measures if it turned out that Harry had lied in his visa applications.
However, since coming back into power this year, the president has revealed that he doesn’t have any intention of deporting Harry.
“I don’t want to do that. I’ll leave him alone. He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible,” he told the New York Post.
