Prince Harry has revealed a genuine “concern” he had for his wife Meghan Markle during a visit to the Invictus Games when she was pregnant with son Prince Archie.

The most recent edition of the games took place earlier this month in Canada. Both Meghan, 43, and Prince Harry, 40, were present.

My genuine concern that he might try the same with my wife, who was pregnant at the time!

Speaking to the publication, Harry discussed how a fan giving him a bear hug at the 2018 games in Sydney left him feeling concerned.

Harry said: “There are so many special memories, but I’ll never forget the bear hug I received out on Sydney Harbor — and my genuine concern that he might try the same with my wife, who was pregnant at the time!”

Prince Harry gushes over Meghan’s involvement with Invictus Games

Elsewhere in the interview, Harry spoke warmly of Meghan’s long-standing association with the games.

He told US Weekly that the duchess has been a “part of this community since shortly after the Orlando Games in 2016 and has loved every minute of it”.

On Valentine’s Day this year, Meghan spoke of her pride in what Harry has created with the games.

“Back home taking care of our babies, and missing my Valentine, as he continues on at the Invictus Games, changing lives and reminding all of us of the power of healing and resilience through these incredible veterans and their families. Beyond proud of my husband and what he’s created,” she captioned a snap of herself and Harry kissing.

“My love, I will eat burgers and fries and fish and chips with you forever. Thank you for you.”

Royal family predictions for March 2025

Meanwhile, Harry and Meghan’s month ahead looks to be a positive one, according to a celebrity psychic.

Speaking to JeffBet, Inbaal Honigman, Harry will find some “new beginnings” this month.

“The Ace of Wands indicates new beginnings. The Ace cards are linked with the number one. So, this new start is Harry’s alone,” she said.

Prince Harry reveals son Archie ‘wanted to see photos and videos’ of Princess Diana

Prince Harry revealed a sweet revelation about his son Archie wanting to see photos and videos of his late grandmother Princess Diana.

Harry was just 12 when his mother Diana died in August 1997, following a car accident in Paris.

Now a dad himself, the Duke of Sussex has ensured he's keeping his mother's memory alive with his two children - Archie and Lilibet.

How Prince Harry keeps Diana's memory alive with Archie and Lilibet

During a chat with the Canadian TV channel CTV at the 2025 Invictus Games, Harry opened up about how he’s keeping his mother’s memory alive with his kids.

"It’s hard because kids don’t always ask the right questions, so you either shut it down straight away, which I will never do, or you engage in the conversation and try to explain things," he said.

"Archie was asking about landmines so I was talking about how some of these guys were blown up.

"I think IEDs [Improvised explosive devices] are probably a little much at this point but I found myself talking to him about mines, he’s five years old."

Harry added: "Interestingly, it gave me a chance to talk about my mum, his grandma, which I didn’t even really consider so that became the outcome of the story for him.

"He wanted to see videos and photographs of his grandma Diana out doing her thing for landmines all those years ago. It produced a very interesting conversation between me and him, different to what I thought it would be."

When did Princess Diana do the minefield walk?

Princess Diana famously walked through a minefield in Angola in 1997, just months before her tragic death.

The Princess of Wales also remotely detonated a live mine.

In 2013 and 2019, Harry followed in her footsteps and did the same minefield walk.

Inbaal went on to say that the “new beginning” is an “exciting opportunity” for the Duke of Sussex.

As for Meghan, March could be “positive and exciting” for her, according to Inbaal.

“The Sun card is the Tarot equivalent of a sunny day. It is positive and exciting, without giving a specific reason,” Inbaal said.

However, she said this will come from “internal happiness” and Meghan will “find joy in all that she does”.
