With Love, Meghan: All the new things we have learnt about Meghan Markle in Netflix show

A new glimpse at the Duchess of Sussex's interests and passions!

With Love, Meghan has arrived on Netflix today as fans were treated to a glimpse inside Meghan Markle‘s life.

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, gave tips and tricks on cooking, crafting, gardening and hosting in the eight-part series. Meghan was also joined by famous guests including Abigail Spencer and Mindy Kaling.

Although she’s one of the most famous women in the world, With Love, Meghan has taught us some new things about Meghan so let’s take a look!

Meghan Markle reveals she enjoys 70s rock in With Love, Meghan on Netflix

In the fifth episode, Meghan opened up about her love of music.

She said: “I listen to a lot of 70s soft rock and a lot of yacht rock, and a lot of soul.”

Meghan said she also listens to “French dinner party music”.

Meghan and friends play American Mah Jongg

In the sixth episode, titled The Juice Is Worth the Squeeze, Meghan and some of her girlfriends played American Mah Jongg.

It’s a strategy game where players match tiles to a winning hand. As the group played the game, Meghan quipped: “This is making me itch!”

One of her friends said: “Somebody asked why we like to play Mah Jongg. The thought of it is we like to make order out of chaos. We’re always helping each other out.”

Meghan gushed: “And we also get to have lots of tasty bites and cocktails, it’s the best.”

Meghan reveals her favourite tipple

Elsewhere in the sixth episode, Meghan revealed one of her favourite choices of drink.

Speaking with her friend, fashion designer Tracy Robbins, Meghan revealed she enjoys a ‘spicy’ margarita.

She said: “Jalapeños, I’m going to put a few in mine to get a little kick in there.”

As Meghan tried the drink, she looked taken aback by the strong taste as she said: “Woah!”

Meghan Markle ‘loves’ Mexican food

In the sixth episode, Meghan gushed over Mexican food. She said: “I love Mexican food from LA, it’s just such a big part of our culture and our understanding of growing up in such a diverse area.”

The duchess whipped up a Mexican food feast for a game night with her friends.

Meghan’s friends think she should start a cookbook

Now this is something we could get onboard with! Meghan has been encouraged to write a cookbook.

Meghan showcased her cooking skills in the series, so it’s no surprise her pals want a book with all her secrets!

One of her friends asked: “When the cookbook coming?”

Meghan replied: “I haven’t even thought about something like that!”

Well, we think it could be a success Meg!

Duchess of Sussex has beautiful handwriting

One thing we spotted was Meghan’s beautiful handwriting throughout the series.

Even her friend Tracy pointed it out, telling Meghan: “Look how pretty the handwriting is.”

Meghan Markle speaking Spanish in With Love, Meghan

In the fourth episode, called Love Is in the Details, Meghan is joined by her friend Delfina Figueras – who is married to Prince Harry’s polo pal Nacho Figueras.

During the episode, Meghan showcases her Spanish. The duchess speaks the language after learning whilst studying abroad in Madrid and interning at the US embassy in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Meghan said to Delfina: “What’s so funny is that I remember when we first met you’re like, ‘Wait, you speak Argentinian Spanish?’

“It’s such a pretty language because it sounds musical. It’s so pretty.”

Delfina said: “When you started speaking Spanish and I recognised the Argentinian I was thrown away because I didn’t know that…”

Meghan cut in: “That I had lived there.”

With Love, Meghan is available to watch now on Netflix.
