Meghan Markle gushes over her 'family' as she shares new video captured by Prince Harry
The Duchess showed off her husband's cinematography skills
Meghan Markle is soaring into the new week with love for her family – and a little help from her husband, Prince Harry. The Duchess of Sussex, 43, took to Instagram Stories on Sunday, March 23, to share a tranquil video of a flock of birds flying in perfect V-formation across a bright blue sky.
The serene clip was credited to none other than her husband.
“Flying into the week with my family.” Meghan wrote, before adding, “Thanks to my H for capturing this!”
The footage also included background audio of children laughing and one saying, “Wow.”

The mention of “my H” tugged at royal fans’ hearts, as Meghan has long used the affectionate nickname for her husband.
In the couple’s 2019 ITV documentary Harry & Meghan: An African Journey, Meghan first let fans in on the nickname.
“I have said for a long time to H – that’s what I call him – ‘It’s not enough to just survive something,'” she explained. “That’s not the point of life. You’ve got to thrive. You’ve got to feel happy.”
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s fondness for nicknames goes both ways. During Prince Harry’s 2021 appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Corden asked how to find Meghan in Harry’s phone.
Harry simply replied, “M.” Later, when Meghan appeared via FaceTime, she addressed her husband as “Haz.”
“Haz?” Corden said, laughing. “I didn’t know we were calling you ‘Haz’ now.”
“You’re not my wife,” Harry quipped with a grin.
The latest Instagram Story comes on the heels of the launch of Meghan’s new Netflix series With Love, Meghan, which offers an intimate look into her life in Montecito and passions for home, cooking, and wellness.
Alongside the show, Meghan also debuted her lifestyle brand As Ever – formerly known as American Riviera Orchard – with curated products ranging from preserves to floral mixes.

Meghan opens up about As Ever: “It’s a learning curve”
Speaking to PEOPLE earlier this month about her journey, Meghan reflected on the learning curve of launching her brand and opening her life up again to the public.
“There are tons of twists and turns – even with the name,” she said. “I was figuring it out in real-time.”
She added: “I appreciate everyone who gave me the grace to make mistakes and figure it out, and also to be forgiving with myself through that. It’s a learning curve.”
Before posting the bird video, Meghan also gave followers a glimpse into her cosy Sunday at home.
In a trio of stories, Meghan showed her friend and With Love guest Kelly McKee Zajfen preparing a “reinvented banana split for breakfast.”
Meghan shared a clip of herself cutting into the dish and sharing a laugh with her friend.
“Happy Sunday, friends!” she wrote.
While her Netflix series continues to make waves and her new brand begins to blossom, it’s clear Meghan is holding tight to what matters most: home, family, and moments of joy.
