Prince William to appear on Clarkson's Farm as he's reminded of his aubergine emoji comment
"I've been told not to..."Prince William likely wanted to forget the moment he said on camera his favourite emoji to use was the aubergine… but that’s not going to happen anytime soon.
The future king met with the cast of Clarkson’s Farm and spoke to other farmers about mental health and the struggles they faced this week. However, during his meeting with the TV show cast he was reminded of the NSFW comment that slipped his tongue back in October 2023.
Prince William didn’t hold back, even after admitting he was told not to admit it.

Prince William’s favourite emoji is the aubergine
Speaking to Radio1’s Jordan North and Vick Hope, the Prince of Wales joked about his favourite emoji to use.
Vick explained that while they usually have a segment where they go through guests’ phones, they were not going to do that to the Waleses. So she asked what their favourite emoji was – and Prince William did not disappoint when it came to blurting out it was an aubergine.
First out of the gate, the dad-of-three asked: “Is this a clean thing or is this a family one? I’ve been told not to say the aubergine, so I’ve got to pick something else.
“It would have been the aubergine but I’m saying now ― because I’ve got to be all grown up ― it’s the one where the eyes go up and down and the mouth’s out.”

Radio host Hope quipped to her co-star: “Prince William is dirtier than anything you’ve ever said.”
She added later on hopes the future king has a ‘dirty mind’.
Kate Middleton, who was standing by his side, laughed and gave a more suitable answer though.
She revealed it was the heart and the crying laughing emoji. No problems there.

Vick Hope can’t resist bringing it up
When the host, who is now on Countryfile met with William on Tuesday (March 26), she couldn’t resist bringing the remark up.
She mentioned the hilarious conversation which Wills replied: “Yes. Thank you for reminding me about that.
“It felt like the environment to do it, not for today maybe.”
It’s not the first time his cheeky comments have aired, with the future king cracking a joke as he sent a message to national treasure Mary Berry earlier this week.

Prince William has revealed his new role as patron of We Are Farming Minds, a charity which works with struggling farmers who are feeling isolated.
