The photo, taken from behind, showed Meghan lounging at a table outside in the sunshine. Some sweet treats were laid out on the table as her adorable, and rarely-seen, dog Mia jumped up onto Meghan’s chair.
Meanwhile, alongside the snap, Meghan wrote: “This is our week @aseverofficial. BTS from the shoot at my house (Hi Mia!)”
Harry, 40, and Meghan adopted their beagle, whose full name is Mamma Mia. According to reports, Mia was rescued along with 4,000 other beagles by federal authorities in Virginia in July 2022.
Mia, then seven years old, arrived at the Beagle Foundation Project with a litter of eight puppies.

Meghan and Harry adopted rescue beagle Mia
Speaking to the Los Angeles Times in 2022, Shannon Keith – an animal rights attorney who runs the Beagle Freedom Project – said: “The duchess called me personally.
“She calls on my cell with no caller ID and says, ‘Hey Shannon, this is Meghan.’ We talked for 30 minutes, and I thought, ‘Is this Megan Fox?'”
In addition, she added: “The duchess is holding Mia and was like, ‘We’re adopting her.’ She was like ‘No, we don’t want a Christmas puppy… We want ones we can help who are older.'”
How sweet!

Meghan on the death of her dog Guy
Meghan is no stranger to giving rescue dogs a loving home. She rescued her dog, Guy, in 2015. The duchess adopted Guy from a dog rescue in Canada. He had tragically been at a kill shelter in Kentucky.
However, at the start of this year, Meghan sadly announced Guy had died recently. She shared the news as many fans would have seen Guy featuring in her Netflix show With Love, Meghan.
Alongside a moving video of montage clips of Guy with their family, Meghan wrote: “Because many of you will now see Guy in this new series, I hope you’ll come to understand why I am so devastated by his loss. I think you may fall a little bit in love too.
“I have cried too many tears to count – the type of tears that make you get in the shower with the absurd hope that the running water on your face will somehow make you not feel them, or pretend they’re not there. But they are. And that’s okay too.”
