This week, Meghan has set the internet alight with swirling chatter over the launch of her latest venture, especially as the coveted jams, preserves and boxed baking mixtures sold out in just minutes.
Since then, divided opinions have dominated social media with many royal observers eager to get their mitts on Meghan Markle‘s products.
Unfortunately for those outside of the US, As Ever doesn’t ship globally and for those that do, a restock date is yet to be confirmed.

Cheaper alternatives to Meghan Markle As Ever products
The Duchess of Sussex’s new launch has rubbed some royal fans up the wrong way. Many have been left less than impressed by the steep price tags on Meghan’s luxe items. Meanwhile, others are disappointed that they can’t order some of Meghan Markle’s famous jams for themselves due to their location.
Well, if you fancy channelling some Duchess of Sussex glamour, why don’t you keep these more affordable alternatives a try?
On With Love, Meghan, the duchess showed off how to make perfect crepes, smothering them with some of her signature preserves and serving them on a platter for her guests in the final episode. Although, during the show, Meghan failed to show herself whipping up the batter.

Meghan Markle sells As Ever Crepe Mix
Now, it is clear why. Meghan has her very own As Ever crepe mix.

Whether filled with fresh fruit, a drizzle of fruit spread, or something savory, it’s a pantry staple we reach for again and again. Of course, this pantry staple is all sold out. But don’t worry, you might be saving quite a few pennies by opting for a different option.
Meghan’s crepe mix costs $14 (£10.80) for just 11 servings.
Quick Crepes, proud winners of the Best Ready Made Products category at the Great British Food Awards, offer their own luxury crepe mix for £12.99 ($17.09) for a bag over double the size of Meghan’s 454 gram boxed crepe mix.
Available on Amazon UK, Quick Crepes’ option is also said to have garnered a Gold Star at the Great Taste Awards! Yum!
Stonewall Kitchen, available on Walmart.com, also offer their own batch of traditional crepe mix for $12.57 (£9.56), saving you more than a dollar compared to Meghan’s new product.
Of course, if you’re not too fussed on luxury, there’s plenty of crepe mixes in the US and the UK for under £5/$5.
Alternatives to Meghan Markle’s flower sprinkles
Throughout With Love, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex was seen magically dusting her recipes with edible flower sprinkles. At one point, comedian and show guest Mindy Kaling exclaimed: “Who are you? Tinkerbell?” at the sight of Meghan’s whimsical plate decoration.
It seems the flower sprinkles went down a storm as they quickly sold out with the rest of the range in just 90 minutes.
Meghan offered customers their very own gold tin of flower sprinkles, described on the website as epitomising “the idea of ‘surprise and delight'” and “beautifying any dish”. How wonderful!
In the UK, Marks & Spencer offers their own edible flowers, stated on the packaging as grown by a small family run business, for £2.50 ($3.29) for seven grams. A saving compared to As Ever’s edible flowers worth £11.60 ($15) for five grams.
FullChea, available on Amazon US, offer a variety of edible flower options, with a 29 gram bag of their edible rose petals costing $11.99 (£9.12) – so you definitely get more bang for your buck!
As Ever jam and spread
Meghan’s famed raspberry spread hit shopping baskets in a flash. Now, many royal observers have been left craving some fruity goodness.
The As Ever website dreamily describes: “This signature blend delicately mixes the sweetness of raspberries with a hint of lemon, and is crafted with a fluid texture so it can be drizzled, spread, poured and enjoyed for so much more than your morning toast.”

In the US, supermarket Trader Joe’s offer their own raspberry spread, with customers raving about the stuff in online forums.
For just $3.99 (£3.03) for over 680 grams, you can’t really go wrong!

Meanwhile, in the UK, Fortnum & Mason offer their own luxurious raspberry preserve with a fancy gold lid for £5.95 ($7.83).
Made by “cooking sweet, soft berries to create a rich, ruby red colour and delicious taste,” you are making an equally delicious saving compared to Meghan’s jar which will set you back $14 (£10.80).
Netflix’s With Love, Meghan also sees Meghan harvesting honey from her very own hive of bees at her idyllic Montecito mansion in California.

Meghan gives fans the opportunity to transport to her dreamy estate by trying her golden Wildflower honey and comb, worth $28 (£21.60).
If you aren’t looking to spend thirty dollars when Meghan’s next drop of As Ever products comes around, you can always opt for something that is kinder to your wallet.

In the UK, M&S has their own “rich and velvety” wildflower honey for just £4 ($5.26). In the US, Jamie’s Hive to Table, have their own bottle of wildflower honey and comb for $11.96 (£9.09).
Throughout the series, hostess with the mostess Meghan serves copious cups of tea. Evidently, she was silently promoting her selection of herbal tea mixes available on As Ever, for $12 (£9.30) a box.
Rest assured, you can sip something just as tasty without breaking the bank.
