Prince Harry was shown support – albeit slightly bizarrely – during his second day in court today (Wednesday, April 9).

The Duke of Sussex, 40, is back in the UK this week as he continues to appeal the decision to downgrade his security when he quit life as a working royal.

Prince Harry shown support in court

Today saw Harry return to court as his appeal against the downgrading of his security continues.

During his court appearance today, a woman in the public gallery attracted attention from the duke’s security. According to the MailOnline, the woman arrived late. She had also repeatedly shifted in her seat and fidgeted with two phones during the trial.

When the trial broke so the public and press could leave, before a “secret” session involving security details could begin, Harry was escorted from the court room.

According to the publication, Harry’s security made sure they were between him and the woman.

‘I support you, Prince Harry!’

The publication then reports that as Harry walked past the woman – who was within touching distance – she suddenly shouted: “I support you, Prince Harry!”

She then allegedly turned to the press gallery and said: “If you’re members of the press, you’re the reason he’s not in England.”

He might be feeling more deflated and anxious as some of the cocky-looking bravado begins to evaporate visually.

However, the Mail claims that when they approached her for comment, she declined to say anything.

The publication then claimed that the prince cut a frustrated figure. They claim that he threw his pen down in exasperation at one point, pulling a face of disbelief.

Prince Harry’s true feelings in court ‘revealed’

Meanwhile, a body language expert has analysed the duke’s behaviour while in court, and it’s not looking good for him.

Speaking to the Express, body language expert Judi James claims the duke’s “cocky-looking bravado” is melting away in court.

“Compared to yesterday’s arrival at court this is a much less assured-looking appearance from Harry, whose body language signals suggest he might be feeling more deflated and anxious as some of the cocky-looking bravado begins to evaporate visually,” she said.

“His brows seem pulled into a thoughtful frown and his left elbow looks crooked as he walks along. His right hand shows an increase in barrier, checking rituals which can imply he’s feeling a little more vulnerable and self-conscious as he pulls one side of his jacket and places one hand across his stomach area,” she continued.

“Instead of striding in ahead he also stops to look back to check his entourage, as though keen to relate to his back-up team, and his hand is held out in a lowered ‘hail’ gesture rather than a friendly wave.”
