Reshma and Meghan both opened up about family life in the podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, gushed over being a mother. She said: “I love being a mum so much. It’s my favourite thing. It’s the thing where you’re like, ‘Oh my gosh, I just need a break.’
“And the second you step in the other room you go, ‘Oh let me scroll through pictures of them endlessly on my phone.'”
It’s the parenting paradigm where it is so full-on and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
She then revealed Prince Harry‘s plea to her. She said: “My husband is like, ‘My love, can you just give yourself a minute. Why don’t you go work out, why don’t you go take a bath?'”
Meghan added: “It’s the parenting paradigm where it is so full-on and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. But I think what’s really key, and the pandemic may have been the thing that shifted this, when working from home and parenting from home can feel incredibly overwhelming.”

Meghan Markle on ‘finding yourself again’ as a mum
In March, Meghan opened up more about family life to two young kids as she promoted her Netflix cooking show With Love, Meghan.
She explained in an interview with PEOPLE: “When your children get to a certain age — when you’re not just playing in the sandbox with them but almost playing in your own sandbox again — it’s super joyful.
“As a woman, a mom and a wife, to be able to find yourself again — in a way that was always present but that you maybe couldn’t put as much attention on as you now can when your kids are a little bit older — is a wonderful feeling.”
The duchess also shared some details on their “close-knit family”. She explained why she chose to film her lifestyle series in a rental mansion rather than her family home in Montecito.

She admitted: “I wanted to protect that safe haven. We’re a close-knit family, and I love those moments — putting Lili down for a nap, having lunch together, having sacred time together at the end of the day. Our kitchen is where Mama just cooks for the family. With a crew of 80-plus people, that’s a lot of people to have in your house!”
