Princess Charlotte and younger brother Prince Louis attended the 2023 Easter service with their older brother George and their parents.

And it was during this appearance that Charlotte, nine, had a “proud sister moment” with Louis, six, according to royal fans.

The Wales family didn’t attend the annual royal Easter service last year. It took place just days after Princess Kate shared her cancer diagnosis with the world publicly.

But the year prior, the Wales clan were out for the service and shared some sweet moments.

In a photo resurfaced on X ahead of this weekend’s Easter service, Princess Charlotte is looking over to Louis as they walk to the service.

She is seen smiling at Louis, who is clutching mum Kate’s hand.

Alongside the photo, a royal fan account wrote: “Princess Charlotte is such a proud big sister.”

Another fan replied: “Yeah Princess Charlotte is a very proud big sister to Prince Louis.”

Meanwhile, a third wrote: “Beautiful, precious.”

George, Charlotte and Louis’ next public appearance

This weekend, members of the royal family will attend the annual Easter Sunday service. However, it’s unclear if Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis will appear with their parents.

Meanwhile, in May, the trio are expected to appear at a big royal event.

The nation will come together to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE Day on May 8. King Charles will apparently join his immediate family on the Buckingham Palace balcony following a military procession and flypast.

It’s reported that George, Charlotte and Louis will appear with the Prince and Princess of Wales. Other senior members of the monarch will attend too, including the king and queen.

King Charles to ‘bring his family together’ for VE Day celebrations

Four days of celebrations will take place that week.

“His Majesty is dedicated to bringing his family and the country together in honour of Britain’s war dead and recreating the sense of community that came with the celebrations to mark VE Day,” a source told the Mirror’s royal editor Russell Myers.

“The four days of commemorations will be a fantastic opportunity for the country to unite for such a special occasion, 80 years after victory was declared in Europe.”

George, Charlotte and Louis also usually join their parents for Trooping the Colour – an event that celebrates the monarch’s official birthday.

It’ll take place on June 14 this year.
