In recent months, Melania’s detailing of her friendship with King Charles has hit headlines.

The First Lady and former fashion model explained the relationship she has with the British monarch in her 2024 memoir, Melania.
She explained that after their first meeting in New York in 2005, the two reconnected during a 2019 state visit to the UK. Of course, by which point, Trump was in the White House and Melania was his First Lady.
“The evening’s state banquet was a formal and elegant affair. I was seated next to Prince Charles, and it was an absolute pleasure to reconnect with him,” Melania penned.
“Our paths had crossed many years ago in New York City. This time we engaged in an interesting conversation about his deep-rooted commitment to environmental conservation.”
Melania also detailed how she and her husband “truly connected” with Queen Elizabeth II when they met in 2019 and how they were treated with the “utmost hospitality”.
Now, Melania has actually been compared to the late monarch!

Melania Trump’s official photographer has shed light on one of her key traits, one that Queen Elizabeth II reportedly shared.
According to the photographer, the First Lady brings “a different energy” to her second term in the White House – one comparable to that of the late monarch.
Photographer Regine Mahaux, who has photographed Donald Trump’s wife, likened the First Lady to Queen Elizabeth II, noting their respectful and friendly approaches.
She’s like the Queen of England.
He said: “She’s always been hands-on, but she’s more free nowadays to make a statement. She’s a different person than she was eight years ago and has always been true to herself. This time, it feels like a different energy with new people that the President has surrounded himself with.

“I always think she’s like the Queen of England – she would never whine, I’ve never seen her complain and when things are wrong, she says what she has to say [but] nothing mean, nothing rude. She’s strong [but] always stands behind whatever her husband is happy to do.”
Mahaux went on to say of Melania Trump to Hello Magazine: “It’s always her husband first, and I like that; she has strong family values, to be a good wife and to make sure they’re happy. She knows how to host; she cares about how we’re doing, [asking] if the family is great. If there is a tragedy, she will text me to say, ‘Guys, are you safe?'”
President Trump has previously shared his praise for the British Royal Family, describing Queen Elizabeth II as “fantastic” and “great”.
