Kate Middleton wows in white blazer and skirt for VE Day concert
For the occasion, Kate wore a glamorous white blazer dress by Self-Portrait, a favourite she’s recycled multiple times since 2021.
The £400 ensemble is crafted from bouclé, chiffon, and lace.
She paired the dress with pearl drop earrings and a matching necklace from vintage jeweller Susan Caplan. In a post on Instagram, Susan shared her excitement.
“We are honoured that the Princess of Wales has chosen to wear our earrings & necklace for the VE Day concert,” she wrote.
Kate completed her look with pointed nude heels, a black Chanel crossbody bag, and a black velvet bow hair clip.
Throughout the evening, the couple appeared entirely in sync, sharing smiles, whispered jokes and frequent eye contact.

The concert featured powerful performances from West End stars. Samantha Barks’ performed a rendition of “We’ll Meet Again,” and artists Fleur East, Tom Walker, Toploader, and The Darkness also made appearances.
Actor Brian Cox delivered a recreation of Winston Churchill’s wartime speech.
Meanwhile, stars like Joan Collins, Mary Berry and Sheila Hancock lent their voices to tributes.
During the concert, King Charles delivered a powerful keynote speech. He echoed the words of his grandfather King George VI on VE Day in 1945.
The king said: “For as my grandfather put it: ‘We shall have failed, and the blood of our dearest will have flowed in vain, if the victory which they died to win does not lead to a lasting peace, founded on justice and established in good will.'”

Royal family’s VE Day celebrations
Celebrations for the 80th anniversary of VE Day began on Monday (May 5) and ran until the official anniversary on Thursday.
On Monday, William and Kate watched a military parade. They were accompanied by their three children Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, seven.
Following the parade, the family joined other senior royals on the Buckingham Palace balcony to watch a flypast.
Kate turned heads in a vibrant magenta ensemble. However, it was Prince Louis who really stole the show. The seven-year-old went viral for his antics, which included mimicking his older brother George and dusting off his father’s uniform.
Earlier in the day on Thursday, William and Kate also attended the official service of thanksgiving at Westminster Abbey.
