The monarch has also reportedly eclipsed late mother's wealthThe net worth of King Charles has rocketed up by £30million in the last year, according to the Sunday Times Rich List.
According to reports, the monarch’s personal wealth now stands at £640million – and tops that of David and Victoria Beckham.
Furthermore, King Charles is also said to have eclipsed his late mother Queen Elizabeth II’s affluence, with a fortune nearly TWICE as much as hers.

The Rich List, published online ahead of this Sunday, reportedly lists King Charles as joint 238th in the list of the UK’s 350 wealthiest people and families.
That’s a climb of 20 places up from 258th in 2024. It also means the Beckhams at a reported £500million – with David said to be Britain’s richest sports star – are left in the shade to the tune of £140million.

Meanwhile, the late Queen was said to be worth £370 million in 2022. But King Charles is now estimated to be worth £270 million more than his mother. That figure has risen from £610 million last year.
However, the Sunday Times reports the king has benefited from the investment portfolio he inherited from his mother for the bulk of his wealth.
That’s because the Sandringham and Balmoral estates belonged to the Queen, rather than the Crown. And only his personal assets have been assessed for the broadsheet’s catalogue of wealth.
As such, this means the Crown Estate, the Duchy of Lancaster estate, and the Crown Jewels – held in trust by the king for the nation – are not included in calculations.
King Charles also previously received a private income of up to £23million a year from the Duchy of Cornwall estate. This has now passed on to Prince William, as the eldest son of the reigning monarch.

Who is the wealthiest British royal?
Indeed, Prince William has previously been identified as being even richer than his father.
In 2022 it was reported by The Times he is worth over £1billion. As well as receiving funds from the Duchy of Cornwall, he is also said to have inherited sums from Princess Diana, and the late Queen Mother.
However, the Prince of Wales’ name does not seem to appear on the new Rich List.
