Princess Kate Middleton's appearances happening at her 'own pace' after cancer battle
Kate may be making more public appearances this monthKate Middleton return to working royal life is happening at her own pace, following her cancer diagnosis and battle.
The Princess of Wales, 43, was diagnosed with cancer last year. In January, she revealed that her cancer was in remission.

However, despite her cancer being in remission, Kate herself said that doesn’t mean she’s “out of the woods”.
Last week, the Princess of Wales pulled out of the Royal Ascot. This happened just days after she appeared at Trooping the Colour and the Order of the Garter.
However, Kate’s Royal Ascot miss doesn’t indicate a “setback”, according to royal biographer Sally Bedell Smith.
“The signals seem to be that I don’t think there was any setback or anything like that. I think maybe she had done a lot in the previous week, and I think one of the things we’ve learned since she first announced the illness—all the way along she has been calling the shots and gauging what she’s been able to do publicly,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.

The Princess of Wales is expected to make her first appearance since the Order of the Garter at Wimbledon within the next couple of weeks.
She is also expected to participate in some capacity during the French state visit this month.
“People need to remember that even through her treatment, she’s working away on the projects that are central to her work as Princess of Wales. She’s doing things that are meaningful to her. But, again, I think she’s doing them very much at her own pace,” Sally added.
Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams echoed Sally’s analysis.
“he does what she feels she’s able to do. That can mean quite a few engagements, or it could mean that there was a period where there would be few,” he said.

Kate set to make Wimbledon appearance and be involved in French state visit
Writing in the Daily Mail last week, royal editor Rebecca English discussed Kate’s potential next public appearance.
“I understand we won’t see the princess in public this week, but we are ‘very likely’ to see her at Wimbledon, which starts Monday, 30 June, in her role as royal patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club. She will also play a ‘significant’ part in next month’s French State Visit at Windsor Castle,” she wrote.
English continued. “Although I am still waiting to hear whether she will attend the state banquet at Windsor Castle (the last time she did so was in November 2023 for the state visit of the South Korean President), I understand she will take part in the official ‘meet and greets’ for President Macron on July 8,” she then said.
“After that she and Prince William will decamp to Anmer Hall, their ten-bedroom Georgian home on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk, where they and their children can enjoy countryside pursuits, long bike rides, and sailing. They will also join the King and other senior royals at Balmoral in August,” she then added.
