Kate Middleton's new engagement ring stack combination at Wimbledon explained
Kate showed off her new engagement ring stack
Kate Middleton’s Wimbledon appearance this year drew attention not only for her style but also for the rare glimpse of her full engagement ring stack.
Attending the Women’s Singles Final on Saturday, July 12, the Princess of Wales, 43, stepped out solo in a cream belted jacket and pleated skirt.
But it was her left hand that caught the attention of eagle-eyed fans and fashion experts.

On her left hand, Kate seemingly wore four rings layered together in a configuration never before seen in public.
The combination included her gold wedding band, her famous sapphire and diamond engagement ring once worn by Princess Diana, her delicate diamond eternity ring reportedly gifted by Prince William after the birth of Prince George, and, for the first time worn alongside the engagement ring, a sapphire and diamond eternity band that has become increasingly significant in recent years.
While she’s been seen wearing the newer eternity ring on its own over the past year, most notably in a video last September announcing the completion of her chemotherapy treatment, Wimbledon marked the first time she layered it with her other rings.

How much was Kate Middleton’s engagement ring?
Each ring represents a meaningful chapter in Kate’s life. The gold wedding band, crafted from rare Welsh gold, symbolises her royal marriage. The engagement ring carries the legacy of Princess Diana.
Kate’s famous engagement ring features a 12-carat oval Ceylon sapphire surrounded by 14 diamonds and set in 18-karat white gold.
Originally chosen by Princess Diana from jeweller Garrard in 1981, the ring cost an estimated £28,000 ($37,500) at the time.
Today, its emotional and historic value has reportedly pushed its worth to between £300,000 and £400,000 ($402,000 and $536,000).

Wales family attend Wimbledon
Kate’s appearance at Wimbledon this year was not just a fashion moment. It was a return to one of her favourite annual traditions, made even more poignant as she continues her recovery from cancer treatment.
The Princess of Wales attended both the Women’s and Men’s Finals, fulfilling her role as royal patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.
On Saturday, July 12, Kate stepped out solo to watch the Ladies’ Singles Final.
The princess presented the championship trophy to Polish player Iga Swiatek following her victory over American player Amanda Anisimova.
But it was her appearance on Sunday, July 13, that made headlines.
Kate returned to Wimbledon, this time accompanied by Prince William and their two eldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, to watch the Men’s Final between Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner.
Kate wore a radiant cobalt blue dress, which she accessorised with gold jewellery.
The Waleses took their seats in the Royal Box alongside famous faces like Nicole Kidman and Matthew McConaughey. Prince George looked grown-up in a navy suit and tie. Meanwhile, Princess Charlotte was picture-perfect in a cream ruffled dress with navy trim.
Following the match, the royal family went backstage to meet the new Wimbledon champion, Sinner.
Kate warmly congratulated the Italian player before asking him to sign three tennis balls, one for each of her children, including Prince Louis, who wasn’t in attendance.
“Louis would be very upset otherwise,” Prince William joked.
