'Amazing' Kate Middleton lookalike leaves TV hosts flabbergasted: 'Stop messing with my head!'

It’s no secret that the Princess of Wales is a global style icon. Around the world, her chic looks are often recreated by inspired fans.
On Thursday (July 24), one woman appeared on daytime show This Morning to take part in a fashion segment inspired by Princess Kate’s style.
Kate Middleton lookalike shocks This Morning hosts
As Jodie walked out on set, host Dermot O’Leary was left taken aback. He said: “Woah, woah, woah! Stop messing with my head!”
Jo Good, who was hosting the segment, said: “I know! I kept thinking, is this Kate in disguise? She looks amazing.”

Fellow This Morning host Alison Hammond was equally as shocked as she said: “You’re a Kate lookalike?”
Jodie replied: “Yeah,” as she laughed.
Jo added: “She arrived with no makeup on, her hair in a bun, and we all went, ‘Oh my gosh, you look just like Kate.'”
Viewers were also shocked by Jodie’s appearance. One person said on X: “Bloody hell, she looks like Kate.”
Another wrote: “Seriously, I thought that was Kate.”
Someone else added: “Jodie… spitting image of Kate. Wow. Had to do a double take.”

Who is the Kate Middleton lookalike?
Jodie isn’t the only Kate lookalike. Heidi Agan has made headlines for being a realistic Kate Middleton lookalike. Her own website states she’s “the most realistic Kate Middleton lookalike”.
In March 2024, Heidi appeared on Australia’s breakfast show Sunrise. During the interview, she addressed speculation that she was actually in footage with Prince William at the Windsor Farm Shop, instead of Kate.
Princess of Wales conspiracy theories before cancer announcement
Early last year, wild conspiracy theories broke out on the internet over Kate’s whereabouts. She hadn’t been seen in public since Christmas Day 2023, and in January of 2024, it was announced she had undergone abdominal surgery.
As Kate took time out from public duties to recover from the surgery, the internet went wild with conspiracy theories about where she actually was.
After Kate was seen visiting the Windsor Farm Shop with Prince William in March 2024, trolls online began claiming she had been replaced by a body double.
Heidi was at the centre of some of these rumours, but during her appearance on Sunrise, she shut down the theories.
She said: “There has obviously been some speculation about whether it was Kate and William in that footage and stills.
“In fact, my own social media has gone crazy as people think it is me, but I know it is not. I was at work at the time so I know that is not me. I 100 per cent believe that is Kate Middleton and William in that video.”
When did Kate announce her cancer diagnosis?
Of course, we now know that Kate was privately dealing with a cancer diagnosis during this period.
On March 22, the Princess of Wales released a personal video message on Instagram to announce her diagnosis. She revealed she would be undergoing preventive chemotherapy.

She announced in September 2024 that her treatment had ended, and in January of this year, Kate revealed she was in remission.
Now, the Princess of Wales has slowly been returning to her duties. However, she’s prioritising her health and has stepped back from certain public appearances where she felt it necessary.
