Sarah Ferguson before and after cosmetic treatments from 'Botox to filler'
Sarah Ferguson has been glowing lately
Ahead of her 60th birthday in 2019, Sarah Ferguson lifted the lid on her cosmetic surgery secrets.
Sarah, who is the mother of Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, was being praised at the time for her radiant appearance. It was here she shed light on her tips and tricks to maintain her youthful appearance.
In an interview at the time, Sarah explained why she looked so fresh at Princess Eugenie’s wedding to Jack Brooksbank.

She told the Daily Mail in 2019: “The happiness was shining out of me because my daughter was getting married. I was so glad. I love Jack. When I’m passionate about anything, my eyes shine. Above all, it was being joyful for Eugenie that made me look good. But I’d had some laser treatment on my face which helped, too.”
The woman behind Sarah Ferguson’s graceful ageing was Harley Street doctor Dr Gabriela Mercik.
The pair met in 1992, the same year Sarah split from Prince Andrew.
The duchess noted to the publication that she is “loyal” to her friends, and after meeting whilst visiting young cancer patients in Poland, the duo stayed in touch, with Dr Gabriela performing a slew of treatments on Sarah in the years to follow.

Sarah Ferguson’s ‘one-hour facelift’
Dr Gabriela reportedly started the duchess off with rejuvenating facial procedures. That is, when Sarah could sit still for long enough.
“I live on jingly-jangly nerves. I’m very focused, earnestly intense, but I live at high speed. I don’t sit down for long. I’m always saying to Dr Gabriela: ‘Come on, come on! Hurry up!’ I’m the worst patient,” the duchess admitted to the Mail.
Luckily for Sarah, Dr Gabriela provides her “ultimate laser facelift”, which is said to be a quick treatment that can be accomplished within an hour.

The procedure is said to promote the skin’s production of collagen, giving your complexion a youth-restored boost.
The Duchess of York also noted undergoing botox when there was nothing else available, to which Dr Gabriela explained there are “different treatments” available now, so she chooses to avoid using toxins and looks for alternatives.
The Duchess of York tried Botox
“I really don’t like the frozen look. I’m so animated, and I like to be myself. I don’t like the thought of needles and am very glad if I look well and happy,” Sarah said, adding: “I’ve been her [Dr Gabriela’s] guinea pig with new treatments, too. I’m really happy to be open about what I’ve had done.”
Sarah also explained she has previously tried face threads, describing them as like trellis for sweet peas, involving medical threads that are inserted into the skin to create a supportive mesh to uplift the complexion.

The Duchess of York has also undergone mesotherapy procedures. Mesotherapy is an injection of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids.
They are injected under the face’s mesodermal layer to plump the skin.
She has also reportedly had organic fillers.
These days, she is said to focus on using Dr Gabriela’s skincare line, sun protection, and non-invasive treatments like laser therapy.
