'Bitter' Meghan Markle accused of being 'fuming' over public's 'love' for Kate Middleton
The Duchess of Sussex is under the glare of the spotlight again following the launch of With Love, Meghan season two
Meghan Markle is allegedly very unhappy with the praise Kate Middleton receives from the public.
Well, that is according to an old pal of Meghan’s, who has spoken out about the Duchess of Sussex’s “bitter” feelings about the Princess of Wales.
Meghan Markle ‘fuming’ with Kate Middleton
Former model, now TV and radio presenter, Lizzie Cundy, who met Meghan for the first time in 2013 at a London charity event, has shared her thoughts on the former Suits actress.
And her thoughts are pretty scathing, especially when it comes to Meghan’s cooking show With Love, Meghan.
“It doesn’t matter how many pots of jam she makes, she has to stop pretending. She’s not Martha Stewart,” Lizzie stated.
Despite her criticism, Lizzie was said to have found Meghan, 44, “really fun, really sweet,” on first acquaintance.
But now, she has a warning for the royal.
Meghan should “be who she is,” Lizzie insisted to MailOnline.
Former friend of Meghan Markle speaks out
The radio host previously recalled how, at their first meeting, Meghan reportedly asked her if she knew “any famous guys”.
Lizzie went on to say that Meghan explained that she was single and “really loved” English men.
The radio host claimed that Meghan is likely struggling with her own identity these days, as she is often compared to her sister-in-law, Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton.
“She’s fuming how the public love Kate. She needs to stop being bitter. Stop being angry and stop being ‘poor me’,” Lizzie, who was supposedly ditched by Meghan after she became involved with Prince Harry and hasn’t spoken to the duchess in years, advised.
She urged that Meghan should “take a leaf out of Kate’s book”.

Meghan Markle’s struggle with the spotlight
It comes after Meghan opened up about her own battle with the spotlight.
In a candid chat with Emily Chang on The Circuit, part of Bloomberg Originals, Meghan explained how such scrutiny in the public eye impacts her.
The duchess said: “I think when I sit with it for a second here, I just want people to know that I’m a real person.”
She’s fuming how the public love Kate. She needs to stop being bitter.
“And I think a lot of that gets lost in what can be super dehumanising,” she went on to say. “When you look at the clickbait culture and how much is written about someone, it’s like, no, my friends have to read those things.
“Like I have real best friends, the same one since I was 17. I’m a real mom. I have to go, I choose to go and do school pickup and drop off.
“But I do that under a landscape that is created that forgets that I’m a real person. And how would you want someone to treat a real person in your life that you cared about or loved or respected? And so there’s something about that, I think, that often gets lost.”
