Prince Harry may 'meet up with two royals' during UK visit as chances of reconciliation dashed
The Duke of Sussex will attend the WellChild Awards next week in London
Prince Harry could reunite with two of his royal cousins next week during his visit to the UK for the WellChild Awards, according to a royal expert.
The Duke of Sussex, 40, is scheduled to return to Britain for the prestigious awards ceremony on September 8. His visit has sparked renewed speculation about whether he’ll use the opportunity to reconnect with his family.
While a meeting with Prince William and Princess Kate appears unlikely, one royal commentator believes that Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie may be the ones to bridge the royal divide.

Prince Harry ‘may well see’ Princess Beatrice and Eugenie during UK visit
Speaking to The Mirror, royal commentator Jennie Bond said: “Harry may well see some of his cousins, such as Eugenie or Beatrice.”
However, she noted that a reunion with his brother Prince William or sister-in-law Kate, Princess of Wales, is unlikely.
Jennie said: “I don’t think there’s any likelihood of a meeting with William or Catherine. The rift between the brothers remains too deep, and William has far too much going on in his life to worry about the Harry problem.”
Fellow royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams echoed the sentiment. He noted that Beatrice and Eugenie continue to be two of the few royals who remain close to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Richard told Express that King Charles might even call on the sisters to represent him at the 2027 Invictus Games. The games will take place in Birmingham in the UK. Reports previously suggested that Harry may invite the royal family to the games.
Richard said: “[King Charles] might ask Beatrice and Eugenie, both of whom get on with the Sussexes, to represent him.”

Hopes of a meeting between Harry and King Charles
With relations still reportedly tense between Harry and the royal family, many are wondering whether he’ll also take the opportunity to see King Charles during his visit.
Jennie weighed in on the possibility. She added that a meeting between father and son is long overdue.
She said: “I have always thought that it is the parent’s role to be the bigger person in any family row. You just have to open your arms and say to your child, albeit a grown-up child, ‘Come here you silly so-and-so, and give me a hug.'”
Jennie added that a meeting between Harry and Charles when the duke visits for the awards next week could “hopefully happen”.
I don’t think there’s any likelihood of a meeting with William or Catherine.
Harry’s visit to the UK comes at a time of continued strain between him and the senior royals, following the release of his tell-all memoir Spare and the Sussexes’ Netflix documentary about their experience within the monarchy.
However, according to an insider, relations between Harry and Charles have “begun to ease”. It comes after a recent “peace summit” in London between their aides.
Earlier this year, Harry told the BBC: “It would be nice to reconcile.”
Acknowledging his father’s cancer diagnosis, he added: “Life is precious. I don’t know how much longer my father has.”
Last week, an insider told The Mirror of a possible meeting between father and son: “It’s clear there is now a determination on both sides to make this happen. This is not about grand gestures or set-piece meetings. It’s about a simple face-to-face conversation between a father and his son.”
It seems that Harry’s upcoming visit may be a crucial step forward to rebuild bridges.
Royal Insider approached representatives for Prince Harry and Buckingham Palace for comment on a possible meeting.
