Prince William's 'complex emotions' as Prince Harry arrives back in UK
Prince Harry landed in the UK on Monday morning
As Prince Harry touched down in the UK, his arrival may have stirred up “complex” emotions in Prince William, according to a body language expert.
The Duke of Sussex returned to the UK on Monday (September 8) ahead of the WellChild Awards in London.
Earlier on Monday, he reportedly visited St George’s Chapel in Windsor, privately paying tribute to his late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, on the third anniversary of her death.
Just several miles away, Prince William and Kate, Princess of Wales, marked the solemn occasion with their own engagement.
The couple visited the National Federation of Women’s Institute in Sunningdale, Berkshire. The late queen was a WI member for 80 years.

Prince William dealing with ‘complex emotions’ as Prince Harry returns to the UK
Body language expert Judi James believes the day would have stirred up “complex” feelings for the Prince of Wales, who once shared a close bond with his younger brother.
Speaking to The Mirror, Judi claimed: “William’s emotions will clearly be complex as he mourns two people he loved in his life. His grandmother on the anniversary of her death and his brother, who also used to be his closest pal.”
According to Judi, the combination of grief and estrangement may weigh heavily on William. However, she noted that the prince’s sense of duty, and the quiet support of his wife, may offer him strength.
William’s emotions will clearly be complex as he mourns two people he loved.
“Loyalty to his grandmother might well help to cancel out some of the sadness at the loss of a brother,” she added. “And having Kate at his side, who ‘gets’ the entire tragic narrative, will most likely help.”

Prince Harry makes quip about ‘challenging’ siblings
On Monday evening, Harry attended the WellChild Awards. Harry met the young winners of the 20th WellChild Awards ahead of tonight’s ceremony.
During the meeting, Harry reportedly made jokes about his bald spot, his ginger hair as well as sibling bonds, according to HELLO!.
Speaking to 17-year-old Declan Bitmead, the winner of the Inspirational Young Person 15-18 award, conversation turned to siblings.
When Declan revealed he had a younger brother, Harry asked: “Does he drive you mad?”
Harry was reportedly told they get on fine, but he quipped: “You know what, siblings,” as he laughed.
The duke was then told that Declan and his brother attend the same school, to which Harry replied: “That sometimes makes it more challenging.”
Will Harry meet Charles during his UK return?
Elsewhere, speculation has swirled about a possible meeting between Prince Harry and his father King Charles during his brief stay. Nothing has yet been confirmed.
However, insiders have dismissed the idea of a reconciliation between William and Harry.
Sources close to the royal household have reportedly said that any plans for a reunion between the estranged brothers have been “rejected out of hand”.
Years of public criticism from Harry, particularly in interviews, documentaries, and his memoir Spare, have left the relationship with his older brother fractured.

‘The royal family can’t keep being dragged into the headlines’
A palace insider recently told The Mirror: “William feels Harry has repeatedly chosen public exposure over private resolution. The royal family can’t keep being dragged into the headlines every time there’s a new contract to promote.”
The source added that the issue is no longer just hurt feelings, but a fundamental lack of trust.
They reportedly said: “The issue with Harry, as well as Meghan, is one of trust. Ever since moving to North America, they have eroded all confidence in their ability to keep things or their criticisms private.
“For there to be any chance of moving forward, that trust has to be rebuilt. Team Sussex knows the onus is on them.”
Despite the emotional weight of today’s anniversary and Harry’s unexpected visit to Windsor, the reported rift between the once-close brothers appears no closer to healing.
