Reason fans thought NFL star Carson Wentz was Prince Harry's 'long-lost twin'
It's mainly the fact they're both ginger!NFL fans were once left convinced that Minnesota Vikings quarterback Carson Wentz was Prince Harry‘s “long-lost twin”.
Back in 2017, Carson was subject to some jokes from rival NFL sides that he was secretly related to the Duke of Sussex!

Carson Wentz and Prince Harry comparisons
Back in 2017, during his days playing for the Philadelphia Eagles, Carson was subject to jokes claiming he was related to royalty.
Fans of the now 32-year-old spotted Carson’s striking resemblance to Prince Harry, and had some fun with it.
One fan took to Twitter at the time to share a picture of Carson and Prince Harry next to each other.
“Has anyone ever seen Prince Harry and Carson Wentz in the same room?” one person joked.
Another replied: “Haha I posted this same thing just a little bit ago. #doppleganger.”
Another said: “Prince Harry and Carson Wentz look like twins. Just an observation.”
Someone else added: “I’ve said this from the start, Carson Wentz and Prince Harry are long-lost twins.”
Meanwhile, one person had tweeted in 2016: “Now can we just pay attention to the fact that Prince Harry and Carson Wentz are probably twins.”

Are Carson Wentz and Prince Harry secret brothers?!
Even the Philadelphia Eagles had some fun with the comparison.
After a game against the Chicago Bears, they posted an interview with Carson on Twitter. However, they didn’t use a picture of Carson to promote the interview. Instead, they used a snap of Harry!
They initially wrote: “‘It’s one of those things where every week we just come in ready to work.’ Carson Wentz weighs in on yesterday’s win.”
Shortly after, they wrote in the replies: “Wait a minute…”
“When he’s not slinging footballs for the Eagles, he’s busy fulfilling his state duties as prince,” one fan wrote.
“I spent a couple of hours several months ago comparing Wentz and Prince Harry images, so it’s good to know I’m not the only one,” another said.
Unfortunately, and we don’t want to burst anyone’s bubble here, but Carson and Prince Harry are not related.
Carson was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, and then moved to North Dakota when he was three.
Harry, meanwhile, was born in London, England, and lived in Kensington Palace. Slightly different upbringings.

Fans urge Harry to meet Carson
In 2018, the Eagles played at Wembley Stadium in London, as part of the NFL’s London series.
Fans of the Eagles had one wish at that point – for Harry and Carson to come face to face!
“If the Eagles go to London and don’t get a picture of Prince Harry and Carson Wentz together, it’s a complete waste of a trip,” one person said.
An edited image of Prince Harry playing for the Eagles also did the rounds, shared by ESPN’s Sports Centre Twitter account.
“It’s the last London game of the season, so look closely to see if Prince Harry tries to get under center,” they captioned the picture.
Fast forward seven years, and it doesn’t seem as though Carson and Prince Harry have come to face yet.
Maybe one day, eh?
