Prince William and Princess Kate’s beloved dog Orla is a TV star! Yep, you read that right!
The Prince and Princess of Wales’ Cocker Spaniel Orla is joining William on the telly this week.
Prince William and Princess Kate’s dog Orla is making a TV appearance
Prince William, 43, will appear on the next episode of Apple TV+’s The Reluctant Traveler on October 3. The episode will see host Eugene Levy travel to the UK where he’ll visit Windsor Castle.
It’s here that Orla will be making an appearance.
Eugene, 78, is given a tour of the castle by Prince William after receiving a letter from the future king to head to the estate. In a new clip shared to X, we can see a preview of Schitt’s Creek star Eugene meeting Orla for the first time.
One Princess of Wales fan account on X reshared the clip and penned: “This is soooo cute! Princess Orla of Wales in The Reluctant Traveler’s new teaser.”
And we definitely agree, this is adorable.

In the footage, William can be seen sporting a smart casual outfit comprised of jeans, sneakers and a button up jacket as he strolls over to Eugene with one hand in his pocket with Orla by his side.
An excited Eugene can be heard clapping as Orla approaches him and whizzes by William’s feet. William can be seen grinning as he praises “good girl,” before introducing his pet.
Eugene asks in the clip: “Who’s this?”
Wills tells Eugene: “This is Orla.”

An over the moon Eugene gushes: “Orla, hi honey!”
Prince William then encourages his beloved dog to “say hello” to Eugene. Awww!
In a very relatable moment, the prince can then be seen smirking as Orla scrambles at his feet and jumps up at his shins as he tells her “down, down,” before admitting: “She’s now very over excited about going on a walk.”
Right on cue, Eugene then reveals he has some treats tucked away for Orla, to which William smiles and exclaims “very nice”.
Although, he does warn: “I’ll see if she likes it. She might take them off you. There’s a chance she rejects them so there is a fifty fifty chance. See what happens.
“This is going down well. You’re getting the look which is like please feed me.”
Eugene’s treat really did go down well, to which he adds: “And that’ll do it.”
Prince William’s home life
In a previous preview of the show, Eugene asked William to tell him more about his home life.
It was here that the future king gave a glimpse into his life as a father, as well as a future king.
Eugene asks: “What do you do when you’re at home?”
William admits: “Sleep! When you have three small children, sleep is an important part of my life.”
