Supernanny star Jo Frost has delivered a verdict on Prince William and Kate Middleton’s parenting style of their three children.

The parenting expert, 55, is known for her behavioural techniques, shared on a variety of TV shows and in her bestselling books.

‘Parenting is no easy task’

Taking to Instagram at the weekend, Jo shared a photo of the Wales family, accompanied by a length caption.

“In every corner of the world, I see and help families striving to raise their children with compassion, resilience, and values that endure. Parenting is no easy task, and when lived under the world’s gaze, the challenge magnifies tenfold,” she began.

“Yet in Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, I see not only future monarchs but devoted parents whose grounded approach provides reassurance for their family and inspiration for others. William and Catherine are more than partners in duty, they are parents in vision with complementary strengths.”

Jo went on to explain her view that William and Kate, both 43, balance each other out as parents. William, she explained, represents history and responsibility through his royal lineage. He is also heavily impacted by his own childhood loss of his mother.

Meanwhile, Kate, she said, represents calm and practicality.

The Royal parents are indeed a dynamic duo

The Supernanny went on to address the difficult year the Wales family have endured.

“Despite their titles and difficulties of late, they remain grounded in everyday life, intentional in giving George, Charlotte, and Louis as normal a childhood as possible,” she said. “School runs, outdoor adventures, family routines, and their choice to keep their children off screens and social media remind their little ones that beyond the royal stage, they belong to a family rooted in love.”

She ultimately concluded: “The royal parents are indeed a dynamic duo, and in their hands, the future feels steady, compassionate and hopeful, one full of promise for our young ones who will see them lead one day.”

William and Kate’s strict rules for children

During his recent appearance on an episode of Eugene Levy’s The Reluctant Traveler, Prince William opened up about some rules he and Princess Kate have set for their children.

First of all, he shared that family dinners are a non-negotiable for the family of five, despite their busy schedules.

“We sit and chat, it’s really important,” he told the actor.

He also revealed something else that they’re firm about.

“None of our children have phones, which we’re very strict about,” he added.

Instead, they all seem to have outdoor hobbies, with George apparently loving football and hockey, Charlotte netball and all three enjoying playing on their trampoline together.
