Simone Biles' confession over Meghan Markle is quite the compliment actually
Simone shared a tribute to Meghan on her InstagramOlympic gymnast Simone Biles spoke about Meghan Markle earlier this year.
The 28-year-old shared a compliment to the Duchess of Sussex, 44, on her Instagram back in March – and it’s all thanks to the royals’ Netflix show.

Meghan Markle’s Netflix show inspires Simone Biles
In March, Meghan’s Netflix show, With Love, Meghan, dropped on the streaming service.
The show saw Meghan cook a load of recipes, including handmade apple pies, poached Californian halibut, and seafood paella.
And it seems as though Meghan’s recipes inspired a major US star.
Taking to her Instagram story back in March, Olympic gymnast Simone shared a picture of herself cooking a pasta dish.
I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself because I’m always at the gym.
“Inspired by Meghan,” Simone captioned the post. “Made the one-pan pasta.”
It’s a big compliment from Simone, who has opened up about her love for food.
Speaking to Women’s Health in 2020 about her mindful approach to food, she said: “I do not track anything. I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself because I’m always at the gym.”
Clearly, Meghan’s recipe is something that Simone feels “good” with!

The future of With Love, Meghan
Last month, Meghan opened up about the future of With Love, Meghan.
The first series aired back in March, and a second season of eight episodes dropped in August.
A Christmas special is set to air on the streamer soon too. But what about the future?
During an appearance at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit in Washington, D.C, Meghan revealed when we could expect a season three.
“The holiday special is coming out in November,” she said. “And it’s a really good one. So I think looking at that format, again, with a year of learns, we’re able to say eight episodes for two seasons, it’s a lot of work.
“And having done Suits for seven years, I remembered what goes into a production.”

Meghan reveals plans for expanding With Love, Meghan
The duchess also opened up about how they might expand With Love, Meghan.
“I also recognise how much people want content in different sizes. So part of what we’re testing out now is: It’s amazing to be able to sit and watch a show for 30 minutes, but how can I give you a recipe in two minutes and where can I share that with you and how that continues to grow As Ever?” she said.
“So exploring all the options of what it could look like.”
When With Love, Meghan debuted on Netflix back in March, it landed in the streamer’s top 10.
Unfortunately, when it returned for round two, it failed to repeat the trick.
