'Secret' Meghan Markle has up her sleeve is the 'best thing yet'
The Duchess of Sussex teased the announcement in a newsletter for her brand, As Ever, and it has sparked excitement
Meghan Markle is fuelling excitement among fans with a cryptic new message teasing a major surprise, one her team says could be the “best one yet.”
On Friday morning, the Duchess of Sussex sent a special newsletter to subscribers of her lifestyle brand, As Ever, according to reports, hinting that another big announcement is just days away.
While no specific details were shared, Meghan’s team encouraged fans to “let your friends and family in on the secret”.

“It’s been a week of many surprises, reveals, and mic drops for our brand and for our founder, Meghan,” the newsletter read. “We’re tickled pink that you’re enjoying it all as much as we are. So, we thought: why stop now?”
The message continued, “We have something else up our sleeve. We’re inviting you to embrace the holiday spirit of giving and sharing alongside us, and let your friends and family in on the secret, too.
Invite your nearest and dearest to join our email list and be the first to know what we have planned. Because the best things in life are worth sharing, and this may be one of the best things yet.”
To build anticipation, the email included a video of Meghan filling Christmas stockings at a fireplace.
The teaser comes just hours after Meghan dropped the first trailer for her festive Netflix special, With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration, premiering December 3.
Set in Montecito, the special promises “a magical holiday celebration” featuring holiday cooking, decorating and gift-making.
A statement from Archewell Productions described the show as “a holiday wonder with warmth, tradition, and a generous dose of joy.”
Guests in the special include Meghan’s close friends Kelly McKee Zajfen and Lindsay Roth, along with celebrity chef Tom Colicchio, hospitality expert Will Guidara, and tennis star Naomi Osaka.
The latter’s appearance may come as a surprise. However, Osaka previously revealed that Meghan was among the public figures who privately reached out to support her during her 2021 mental health break from tennis.
And in a moment fans won’t want to miss, Prince Harry also makes a brief cameo in the trailer, sharing a kiss with Meghan in the kitchen. This will be his first onscreen appearance since season one.

In a new interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the Duchess reflected on motherhood, entrepreneurship, and how she balances both.
She admitted she’s learning to give herself “grace” in business, especially when mistakes happen.
“I can give myself the same grace as a founder,” she said. “There’s no such thing as perfect. I, too, get to make mistakes.”
She also opened up about her family life at home with Prince Harry and their two children, Archie and Lilibet.
“I’m a mum with kids at that age where they are constantly learning something new,” Meghan said. “I watch them face things that feel completely insurmountable every day. But you can remember and say, ‘I know it seems really hard right now, but trust me, that’s going to come so easily soon.'”
The Duchess has been on a roll lately. In late October, As Ever launched its first Holiday Collection, including mulling spice kits, golden honeycomb, candles, and spreads.
“Every elegant gift and epicurean delight… invites you to bring that same warmth and beauty to your [home],” the newsletter said.
Now, with her team hyping something even more exciting on the way, speculation is swirling. Could it be a third season of With Love, Meghan? A new As Ever product line? Or something else?
