Eugene Levy shares 'beautiful' message after appearance at Princess Kate's Together at Christmas service
Powerful words!Eugene Levy has shared a heartfelt message following his appearance at Princess Kate’s Together at Christmas carol service.
The Schitt’s Creek star, who interviewed Prince William for his Apple TV+ series The Reluctant Traveler earlier this year, was among the surprise guests at Westminster Abbey for the Princess of Wales’ fifth annual carol service.
Together at Christmas was filmed on December 5, but will be televised on ITV on Christmas Eve.

Ahead of the broadcast, the Prince and Princess of Wales have been sharing some behind-the-scenes clips from the festive service on their official Instagram page.
Yesterday, they posted a video of comedian Eugene Levy greeting Princess Kate at Westminster Abbey and sharing some thought-provoking words on the concert’s 2025 theme of “love in all its forms”.
Love, that’s an important word for me
“Love, that’s an important word for me. It’s kind of how you live your life,” he began powerfully. “It starts with family and then generally spreads right through your associations, through your friends. Christmas is the one day when your family is together.”

“My kids are grown,” the 79-year-old continued. “So that’s why it’s still special to me, right, when everybody’s home on the day and you can kind of goof around.”
He finished up by saying: “I’m glad that I’m here when love is such a predominant message here today.”
Many fans took to the comment section to share their love for Eugene following his heartfelt message.

Eugene Levy chats with Princess Kate at Together at Christmas
An exclusive video shared by HELLO! captured the sweet first meeting between the Princess of Wales and the Canadian actor at the Christmas service.
“Lovely to meet you,” Eugene said warmly, rising from his seat to shake the princess’ hand.
“You know my husband very well now,” Kate told him, to which Eugene replied: “I spent a lovely day with your husband.”
“I hope he looked after you,” the princess teased.
“He did look after me, yes, he did,” Eugene responded, adding: “It was a memorable day, that’s for sure.”
Royal Carols: Together at Christmas will air on Christmas Eve at 7.25pm on ITV and ITV X. It will also be replayed on Christmas Day.
