Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis reportedly made a donation to The Baby Bank this year.

The Baby Bank is a charity that provides newborn and child essentials to families in need. Princess Catherine has supported the charity over the years, bringing her children to the organisation’s Maidenhead hub in 2023 to help out.

Now, the charity has revealed a quiet donation George, 12, Charlotte, 10, and Louis, seven, has made this year.

On the charity’s Instagram page, a reel was shared to mark it turning 10 years old in 2025. Reflecting on the milestone, the charity revealed the support it has received this year.

It revealed that “essential practical everyday items” selected by George, Charlotte, and Louis were donated.

The caption read: “2025 saw The Baby Bank turn 10 years old. As we reflect on this, we are overwhelmed by the constant support of our community as well as schools, organisations and businesses that have come together to provide collective donations.

“These have included new winter clothing from @primark Bracknell following some staff fundraising, preloved clothing donations from St Edmund Campion school, a number of collections from @hartbeepsberkshire baby & toddler classes, beautiful Billie’s baby clothing courtesy of @lorrainekellysmith @rosiekellysmith and essential practical everyday items chosen by The Prince and Princess of Wales’ children @princeandprincessofwales.

“These items helped us efficiently reach families far and wide and support thousands of children this year.”

Meanwhile, on the Prince and Princess of Wales’ Instagram Stories, the charity’s reel was shared.

A message alongside it read: “Proud to have been a part of @the_baby_bank story as it marks 10 years of incredible work. The work baby banks do all year round is so important, but particularly at Christmas time.”

These items helped us efficiently reach families far and wide and support thousands of children this year.

In December 2023, the Princess of Wales brought her children with her to a Baby Bank project helping families facing poverty at Christmas.

In a video shared to the Prince and Princess of Wales’ YouTube page, Kate and her children were seen volunteering. Kate told her kids: “You’re the volunteers this evening.”

‘Knowing you’re helping out others’

George, Charlotte, and Louis were tasked with choosing some Christmas presents for children of similar ages to them.

Meanwhile, they also helped sort through donations to the baby bank.

With her arm around George, Kate told her eldest son: “You can see how rewarding this work is, knowing that you’re helping out others.”

George replied: “Yes.”
