Prince Harry’s strained relationship with his family
Harry’s relationship with his family has been strained for some years now following his exit from royal duties alongside his wife, Meghan Markle, in 2020.

Harry also claimed that his father and older brother, Prince William, were “trapped” within the institution of the monarchy.
Harry’s 2023 memoir, Spare, also contained some accusations. One allegation was that William physically attacked him during an argument over Meghan in 2019.
Since his exit from royal life, Harry’s relationship with his family has become rocky. However, last year, he met with his father for just under an hour at the king’s London residence, Clarence House. It’s unknown what was spoken about during the meeting.
