Meghan Markle's 'similar' behaviour to Queen Camilla spotted as she's branded 'leading figure'
Meghan's confidence has grown during her time in the spotlightMeghan Markle has been compared to Queen Camilla by a body language expert, with the duchess being branded a “leading figure”.
The body language expert also opened up about how the way Meghan dresses tells us more about her.

Body language expert Darren Stanton has provided some interesting analysis on the royals, explaining how their behaviours in public and what they wear can tell us some more about them.
Describing Prince Harry as the most “open” royal and Camilla as the “most consistently confident” member of the Firm, the expert also revealed how Charles has grown in confidence since becoming king.
He also provided some analysis on the Duchess of Sussex, explaining how the 44-year-old, like her father-in-law, has also grown in confidence during her years in the spotlight.
Speaking on behalf of Betfair Casino, Darren said: “Meghan often dresses in white to make herself feel empowered and strong. She is very similar to Camilla in terms of body language and how far her confidence has grown.”

Continuing, Darren said, “Meghan is very good at composing herself. We rarely see any slips of confidence from Meghan. She never lets herself come across as incompetent or needing support.”
“She is her own boss, and there’s a sense she doesn’t want to let anyone down. She’s a naturally good communicator and could speak to anyone she crosses paths with,” he then continued.
“Meghan is a leading figure like Harry in that she’s open about how she’s feeling and wants to let people in.”

Big year ahead for Meghan?
After a busy 2025 for Meghan, 2026 is shaping up to be another big year for the duchess.
Last year saw Meghan not only launch her own brand, As Ever, but her own Netflix lifestyle show, With Love, Meghan, and a podcast.
That’s on top of all the events and galas she attended, too.
Now it’s being reported that 2026 will see Meghan launch her own cookbook!
“There will be more wine and definitely more homeware too,” an insider claimed to MailOnline.”But she will ease off selling her biscuit and crepe kits.”
Former royal butler Grant Harrold is also of the belief that Meghan will launch her own cookbook next year.
Writing for AceOdds he said: “I believe Meghan will write a book in 2026, however I don’t think it will be the memoir many of her fans are hoping for. While she’s led a really interesting life and has many stories to tell, I don’t think she will want to share them at this point. She’s shared her stories and experience in interviews, however I’m not sure we’ll see a longer, tell-all book.
“However, I think we’ll likely see something that fits with her new lifestyle branding, maybe a cookbook or a written version of her Netflix show sharing tips and tricks. I think the Royal Family hope she continues her work in the lifestyle sphere. It’s what she’s passionate about and she’s made a real mark. Plus, it can’t really do much harm – and especially nothing like Harry did with his memoir.”
