Prince Harry's joke about going bald as he admits 'I'm doomed'
He's no stranger to making fun of himselfPrince Harry previously cracked a joke about going bald, admitting that he is “doomed”.
The prince’s hair has been a topic of conversation over the past few years following various appearances.
And back in 2022, Harry starred on a Dutch TV show to promote his Invictus Games. But things took a hilarious turn when Harry made a playful joke about his receding hairline.

Prince Harry’s bald joke
It’s fair to say Harry is no stranger to making a joke about being “bald”. And in 2022, Prince Harry appeared on a Dutch television show and spoke to Dutch athlete Bart van der Burg.
As reported by PEOPLE, as Bart had makeup applied to his forehead, Prince Harry joked: “You’ve got a lot more to be done there.”
Another man quipped that it “won’t take a long time” before he is bald as well.
Harry then admitted: “But you’re slower than me. I’m already… I’m doomed.”
The man replied: “We have the same barber, I guess,” as Bart added: “We call it a ‘bird’s nest,'” causing Harry to laugh.

Harry’s ‘swipe’ at William’s hair
Like many men around the world, it seems Prince Harry’s hair has been suffering from thinning out. He follows in the footsteps of his brother and heir to the British throne, William, and dad King Charles.
Prince Harry has also, in the past, admitted to making fun of the fact that his brother is losing his hair. This is despite, Harry clearly showing signs of hair loss too in recent years.
In his bombshell autobiography, Spare, Harry said William’s hair loss was “alarming” to him. He also said William’s hair woes were “more advanced” than his.

William’s receding hairline
Harry’s brother Prince William has also made a joke about his own balding head. In 2017, William made an appearance at a café that had been set up by a homelessness charity.
Once he arrived there, William met one of the men’s hairdressers next door. He then joked with hairstylist Taz Kabria: “I don’t have much hair, I can’t give you much business.”
And in both 2023 and 2024, William was crowned as the sexiest bald man alive – trumping some of the world’s biggest stars.
The royal was given the new title after a survey found that 88% percent of women find bald men attractive, and Prince William has made it to the top of the charts for those still alive. He managed to beat A-list celebrities on the list as well as decorated actors and even a billionaire.
Data from SEO agency, Reboot, examined a number of factors to determine the Top 10 men who meet the quota.
