New photo of King Charles and Princess Anne's 'unbreakable bond' leave fans gushing
The sibling duo are known for their close bond
King Charles and Princess Anne reminded royal watchers of their lifelong closeness this weekend, and one tender moment between the siblings has sent fans into a frenzy.
On Sunday, January 25, His Majesty stepped out with Queen Camilla to attend morning service at St Peter’s Church in Wolferton, Sandringham. But it was his reunion with his younger sister, Princess Anne, that truly stole the show.
The king, wrapped up in a smart houndstooth coat, was all smiles as he arrived alongside Queen Camilla. The queen opted for a chocolate brown coat with furry cuffs, black suede knee-high boots, and a fluffy tan hat.
Behind them, Princess Anne looked elegant in a navy wool coat, black boots, and a red scarf.

Ahead of the service, Anne was seen chatting warmly with Camilla before reuniting with her older brother.
A photo shared shortly after captured a heart-melting moment: the king leaning in to kiss his sister on the cheek, as Anne mirrored the affectionate gesture.
A royal fan who shared the image on social media captioned it: “King Charles III greeting his sister, Princess Anne, as they attend the Sunday morning services at St Peter’s Church in Wolferton, today!”
Royal watchers were quick to praise the touching moment.
“Such a sweet photo,” one fan gushed. “Love the unbreakable and close bond they share together. So lovely to see they are truly happy to see each other.”
“Love and trust right here!” Another chimed in.
“Aww, makes me miss my brother!” A third fan added.
One commenter praised the Princess Royal’s radiant appearance: “Anne looks fabulous!”
Sunday’s service marks the first time the king and Princess Anne have been publicly seen together at Sandringham since the royal family’s Christmas celebrations. On Christmas Day, they both attended church at St Mary Magdalene and greeted the public during the traditional walkabout.
The duo have long been known for their unshakable sibling bond.
2025 saw Anne continuing her tireless royal work. But she was notably dethroned as Britain’s hardest-working royal, a title she held in 2023 and 2024.
That year, Anne completed 478 engagements, surpassing her previous totals. However, she was overtaken by none other than her brother. King Charles clocked in 532 official engagements in 2025.

King Charles celebrates milestone
Meanwhile, King Charles has returned to Sandringham after spending part of the New Year in Scotland. Earlier this month, he was spotted at Crathie Kirk, near Balmoral, attending Sunday service with Queen Camilla.
The king also recently hosted Scotland’s First Minister, John Swinney, at the Palace of Holyroodhouse to celebrate Scottish entrepreneurship.
Elsewhere, King Charles recently marked another major milestone: the 50th anniversary of The King’s Trust.
In a heartfelt video released to mark the occasion, the king reflected on the journey of the charity he founded in 1976.
“When I began what is now The King’s Trust in 1976, I could not possibly have imagined the impact that it would have,” Charles said in the message.
“Now… I am so very pleased and proud that The Trust’s work continues to go from strength to strength, having in that time helped over 1.3 million young people grow their confidence, continue in education, secure sustainable jobs, and over 92,000 young people in the UK alone have been supported to start a business, thus enabling them all to build brighter futures.”
