Kate Middleton 'seething' as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor 'edging' backing into royal fold
The Princess of Wales isn't happy, according to reports
Princess Kate Middleton is reportedly very unhappy with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s “prominence” at the palace, despite being stripped of his titles and evicted from Royal Lodge.
The Princess of Wales is allegedly “seething,” as Andrew seems to be edging closer to The Firm.

Andrew will soon leave his home of over two decades, Royal Lodge.
Andrew is said to be moving to an “interim” property, whilst his new abode, Marsh Farm on the Sandringham Estate, is under renovation.
And as Andrew transitions into a more distanced role away from the royals, the Princess of Wales is said to be unimpressed with Beatrice and Eugenie are rallying around their disgraced father.

“Andrew is leaning heavily on Beatrice and Eugenie to stay informed and involved. The perception is that he uses them as his eyes and ears – and, whether intentional spies or not, this is creating mistrust,” a source claimed to Closer. “Kate isn’t known for showing anger in public, but behind palace doors, she is seething. The continued prominence of Andrew and his daughters have pushed tensions with Prince William and Kate to breaking point – they don’t want to punish Beatrice and Eugenie, but they also don’t want Andrew whispering in the background of royal decision-making.
Princess Kate’s secret ‘anger’ explained
“Kate’s anger is rooted in more than principle. She’s painstakingly worked to rebuild trust in the monarchy after years of scandal – and watching Andrew edge back feels like a slap in the face.”
Royal Insider has contacted Kensington Palace for comment.
Despite Kate’s alleged unhappiness with the support been shown for Andrew, other reports have claimed recently that Princess Eugenie is not on speaking terms with Andrew.
The Mail on Sunday previously revealed this claims, which alleged that Princess Eugenie has stopped talking to her father.
“There is no contact at all, nothing. It’s Brooklyn Beckham level – she has completely cut him off,” a source told the publication.
However, other reports have contradicted this claim. A separate source told The Sun recently: “It is completely untrue she has cut him off. She has seen him several times this year and is supportive.”

Elsewhere, royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams has explained that the royal sisters are navigating a difficult emotional and public landscape.
“Both have taken on new charities. Both of them are happily married, with families, with jobs,” he told GB News. “The Yorks have always been a close-knit family. That isn’t the case any longer. It’s impossible for both princesses.”
Meanwhile, the countdown is on for Andrew’s exit from Royal Lodge.
The scandal surrounding Andrew
Thus far, it has been reported that the disgraced prince is expected to leave his former home before his birthday on February 19.
Andrew lost his royal titles, honours, and his home late last year amid the scrutiny surrounding him.
This scrutiny is due to his links to Jeffrey Epstein and the late Virginia Giuffre’s claims of sexual assault.
Andrew has always denied Ms Giuffre’s allegations.
