Sarah Ferguson’s shock ‘demand’ from Jeffrey Epstein ‘revealed’ days after jail release for child sex charges
Her daughters were aged 19 and 21 at the timeSarah Ferguson reportedly made a huge demand to Jeffrey Epstein, ahead of visiting him after his jail release in 2009.
In recent weeks, Ferguson and her ex-husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor have faced intense scrutiny over their links to late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
On January 30, the US Department of Justice released more than three million files relating to Epstein and his crimes. Within these files, emails allegedly between Ferguson and Epstein emerged.
And now, new alleged emails have revealed Ferguson demanded Epstein to upgrade her and her daughters Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice’s flights ahead of them visiting him.

Sarah Ferguson’s ‘demand’ for Epstein
As MailOnline reports new bombshell emails reportedly show messages between Epstein and his staff regarding Sarah Ferguson visiting him in 2009.
On July 22, 2009, Jeffrey Epstein was released under house arrest to his Palm Beach mansion in Florida. It came after serving 13 months for soliciting a child for prostitution.
However, that same day it was alleged that Ferguson’s staff reached out to Epstein’s house manager Lesley Groff. It is claimed she suggested he pay for her trip to Florida.
In one alleged email, with the header The Duchess of York, Lesley told Epstein: “Amanda from the Duchess’ office just called. She said that you graciously offered to pay for the Duchess to come and visit you.”

Lesley then apparently wrote that Amanda, – believed to be Ferguson’s then assistant Amanda Lewis – wanted to “speak to (redacted) about flights”.

Eugenie and Beatrice ‘joined Sarah on Epstein visit’
The following morning, Lesley reportedly updated Epstein again. She said Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice – aged 19 and 21 at the time – were expected to join their mum.
“Amanda said the princesses would like to accompany the Duchess and she is wondering if you might be willing to pay for them as well…” the member of staff said.
Epstein then replied with a simple “ok” it has been reported. Lesley is then said to have started organising a three-day trip that came with “crazy high price tags”.
Epstein – who died in 2019 by suicide while awaiting his sex trafficking trial – went on to reportedly instruct staff to book Ferguson on a business class flight. As for Princess Eugenie, and Princess Beatrice they were said to be travelling via economy or premium economy.
Sarah Ferguson ‘wanted flights upgraded’
Further emails reportedly show staff attempting to meet Ferguson’s requests. These include first-class tickets for herself and business class for the princesses which would cost over $30,000.
“There are no other tickets accept for First Class on the flight home she is requesting,” the staff member wrote.
Eventually, it’s been claimed they settled on Epstein’s original instructions. This was to put Ferguson in business and her daughters in economy, which cost $14,080.10.
However, hours before Ferguson and the princess’ return flight from New York to London, Epstein was told that Ferguson was apparently demanding to be upgraded from Business class.
Epstein ‘told staff to ignore Ferguson’
The staff member wrote on July 30, 2009: “The following is from Amanda the Duchess’ assistant. Would you like me to see if we can change the seats? I recall the plane being rather booked up!
“The Duchess has asked that she be in First and the girls in Club on the flight back from NYC to LHR. Apparently Jeffrey said that this would be ok please can you let me know if you can change this.”
Epstein is said to have replied just minutes later saying: “I said nothing,, do not respond.” Lesley noted that there had been attempts to call Ferguson on the phone and agreed not to reply.
It has been alleged that Ferguson and her daughters stayed with American businessman Philip Levine at his Miami mansion. They then took his car and driver to visit Epstein on July 27.
Royal Insider has contacted Sarah Ferguson and Buckingham Palace for comment.
Sarah Ferguson’s alleged naming in the Epstein Files is yet to be confirmed. Her representatives have not made a comment at the time of writing. Being pictured or named in the Epstein files does not necessarily indicate wrongdoing.
Sarah has previously described her actions as “gigantic error of judgement” when asked about accepting money from Epstein.
“I personally, on behalf of myself, deeply regret that Jeffrey Epstein became involved in any way with me,” she previously told the Evening Standard.
