According to the latest reports, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie’s personal relationships could be in peril in wake of the Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor scandal fallout.
Allegedly both Beatrice and Eugenie’s marriages are feeling the pressure as the royals cower under a microscope.
Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie’s personal relationships ‘suffer’
An insider has alleged to Heat that both Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie’s relationships are under strain following Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s arrest and renewed scrutiny upon Sarah Ferguson’s links to Jeffrey Epstein
“The princesses are devastated by what’s happening – their worlds are falling apart. Jack and Edo are both doing their best to be supportive, but the strain is affecting their home life. Their view of their parents has been irreparably shattered, they’re facing social ruin, and now Jack and Edo have been dragged into the drama, as they are facing questions about Andrew – it’s mortifying. Obviously, it’s not the girls’ fault, but that doesn’t mean it’s not causing tension,” the insider claimed.
Although there has been no suggestion of wrongdoing by Beatrice and Eugenie amid the scandal, the two sisters are plagued by ongoing speculation.
Speculation that is said to be impacting their personal lives.
The insider continued: “If they were to come out decisively against their parents, it would draw a line in the sand and put people more at ease, no doubt also making things easier for their husbands.”
The claims come after reports that Edoardo, Princess Beatrice’s husband, recently ‘fled’ to the US amid the ongoing drama.

Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi ‘flees’ to favourite haunt of A-listers
According to reports, Edoardo soaked up the in Miami earlier this month at a private yacht club. Princess Beatrice’s husband is said to have visited the Fisher Island Club, which is a favourite haunt of A-listers.
He is believed to have been jetting between the UK and the US in recent weeks, having also recently made a trip to Los Angeles.
Earlier last month, he had another dose of sun in Miami. Then, he shared a string of snaps and a clip of himself walking in Florida.
He penned in the caption: “Recap of our time in Miami and Palm Beach. Meeting inspiring people, visiting remarkable places, and discovering exceptional art and craftsmanship. A real pleasure to exchange ideas with peers across the industry at @palmbeachdesigndays. Thank you to everyone who welcomed us, and to all of you who followed the journey along the way.”
The insider also said of Edoardo’s stint in the US: “Although Edo had good reason to fly to the US – no one is saying he and Beatrice are splitting – friends are worried that if the stress doesn’t ease up, there could be dire consequences for both the girls’ marriages. It’s all-consuming and the girls are shattered. They’re doing their very best not to give in to total hysteria, but it’s no exaggeration to say this is the hardest thing they’ve ever endured, and they’re feeling the consequences publicly. They’re used to flying under the radar, now when they walk into rooms, the conversations are stopping mid-sentence. It’s very uncomfortable.”
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s arrest
In recent years, Andrew has been embroiled in a slew of scandals and speculation. His friendship with the late, convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein triggered alarm bells and the disgraced former prince also faced allegations of sexual assault.
The late Virginia Giuffre alleged she was made to have sex with Andrew on three separate occasions when she was 17. Virginia had been trafficked by Epstein. Andrew has always vehemently denied the allegations.
Last year, he was stripped of his royal titles and honours. The, just last month, he was forced to leave Royal Lodge.
Andrew was recently arrested on his 66th birthday in February on suspicion of misconduct in public office.
He has since been released under investigation.
