Queen Camilla's son reveals one thing she rarely does for King Charles in their relationship

King Charles, 76, and Queen Camilla, 77, have been married for 20 years in April. But what is their relationship liked behind palace walls?
According to Tom, Charles enjoys “scrambled eggs and smoked salmon” which Camilla would cook for him.

Tom was speaking to HELLO! at Castle Hotel in Windsor at an event to promote his latest book, Cooking & The Crown.
When asked what the king thinks of Camilla’s cooking, Tom said: “I don’t think she cooks for him, I’ll be honest. They have a team of very good chefs.
“Actually, she does. He likes good – I don’t want to speak out of turn here – but scrambled eggs and smoked salmon… who doesn’t like scrambled eggs or roast chicken?”
He added: “So it would be something that we’d eat, definitely. But I don’t think there’s a lot of ‘honey, I’m home, what’s for dinner?’ I think it’s a bit more planned than that.”

King Charles and Camilla’s diet and food habits
Over the years, there’s been some revelations about King Charles and Camilla’s diet habits.
The king was known for skipping lunch over the years. Apparently, the monarch would usually skip the meal as he was too busy.
I don’t think there’s a lot of ‘honey, I’m home, what’s for dinner?’ I think it’s a bit more planned than that.
However, it seems he has changed the habit after orders from his wife Queen Camilla, royal aides and his doctors following his cancer diagnosis.
According to the Daily Mail, Charles now enjoys “half an avocado” at lunchtime.
An insider said: “With some reluctance, he now has something to eat at lunchtime – a snack, really. He now eats half an avocado to sustain him through the day. It’s important, particularly if you have got an illness.”
Meanwhile, Mervyn Wycherley – who worked at the palace as a chef for 33 years – said Charles and Camilla “love simple foods, but always very good quality foods”.

King Charles and Queen Camilla to celebrate 20 years of marriage in 2025
This April will see Charles and Camilla celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary. They tied the knot at Windsor Guildhall on April 9, 2005.
The king and queen are set to visit Italy in April 2025 on an overseas tour.
During their time in Italy, Charles and Camilla will meet with Pope Francis at the Vatican, talk to senior Italian government officials, and visit cultural and historic sites.
