Snoop Dogg offers his services to heal Prince Harry and William's 'feud'
Snoop Dogg wants to helpAmerican rapper Snoop Dogg has offered to help Prince William and Prince Harry reconcile amid their ongoing “feud”.
The star, 53, who has links to the royals that go back years, made the promises during a recent event in the US.
Snoop Dogg vows to help Prince Harry and William end their ‘feud’
During a recent appearance at Black Enterprise event, Snoop Dogg spoke about his relationship with William and Harry.
He also vowed to help the brothers heal their ongoing rift.
“Harry and William, I have known for a long time now. Harry asked me to perform at William’s bachelor party but I couldn’t make it. Anything they want to perform at now, I am there,” he said.
“They are brothers, man. Anything that gets them in the same room and being brothers again will be worth it. Life is too short to not make things right, and if Snoop can help heal that relationship, then let’s do it,” he then added.
Prince Harry and Prince William’s feud
The feud between William and Harry has been ongoing for some years now. It even pre-dates Harry and Meghan’s exit from working royal life.
The first instance of any rumblings of a feud can be dated back to November 2018.
At the time, Harry – still a working royal – wasn’t happy with the amount of effort William was putting in to make Meghan feel welcome within the royal family.
“Harry felt William wasn’t rolling out the red carpet for Meghan and told him so. They had a bit of a fallout, which was only resolved when Charles stepped in and asked William to make an effort,” a source claimed at the time.
Things only got worse once Harry and Meghan left the royal fold in 2020.
William and Harry’s rift deepens
In 2021, Harry and Meghan sat down for their infamous Oprah interview. Speaking in the interview, Harry opened up about the rift between himself and his brother.
“As I’ve said before, I love William to bits. He’s my brother. We’ve been to hell together. But we’re on different paths,” he said.
“The relationship is ‘space’ at the moment. And time heals all things, hopefully.”
William was left “devastated” by the interview, according to a royal expert.
Things got worse in 2023, when Harry alleged in his book that William had physically pushed him during an argument about Meghan.
“He grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and he knocked me to the floor. I landed on the dog’s bowl, which cracked under my back, the pieces cutting into me. I lay there for a moment, dazed, then got to my feet and told him to get out,” Harry wrote.
Two years on, and it doesn’t look as though reconciliation isn’t on the cards just yet for the brothers.
