Meghan Markle gave fans a rare glimpse into her life as a mother and businesswoman in a new video and her daughter, Princess Lilibet, made a surprise appearance.

In a video posted to her personal Instagram on June 23, the Duchess of Sussex, 43, shared behind-the-scenes footage from her lifestyle brand As Ever, which recently celebrated the sell-out success of its second product drop.

The clip gave viewers a look at the creative process behind the brand and included a cameo from four-year-old Lilibet.

And it seems Lili also shares a connection with her royal cousins…

“A little behind the scenes of @aseverofficial,” Meghan captioned the video, adding a honey pot emoji. She signed off with: “Hope you enjoy your treats when they arrive this week!”

Toward the end of the clip, viewers caught a fleeting but sweet shot of Meghan and Lilibet standing together on a small wooden bridge, looking down into the water below.

The duchess lovingly touched her daughter’s back and head, while Lilibet clutched a tiny rainbow-colored handbag. The bag seems to be from the popular brand Jellycat – something that Lilibet’s royal cousins also like!

Prince William recently revealed his children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis like Jellycats.

Her face was turned away from the camera. However, the moment gave fans a look at Meghan’s life as a mum.

Throughout the video, Meghan was seen writing handwritten notes in her signature calligraphy, foraging blackberries and showcasing the brand’s produce, including apricots, which feature in As Ever’s latest sold-out fruit spread.

She was also filmed harvesting herbs, working in the kitchen and posing with a tray of baked goods.

Fans gushed over the moment, as one said on X: “Look at Princess Lili working with mummy and already learning how to be a business mogul.”

Another wrote: “I love how Meghan lets her kids dress like normal kids.”

Someone else added: “So cute.”

In an interview with PEOPLE, Meghan spoke about building a legacy her children can witness firsthand.

“Being able to have my own little girl, as I’ve spent so much of my life championing the rights of girls and women, and to be able to see this as a multigenerational story,” the duchess said.

“I love the heritage feeling of it. Knowing this is something I can create in front of my daughter and teach her what it’s like to be a working mum. This is something that hopefully can be part of her legacy too.”

As Ever sells out within minutes

Meghan and Prince Harry typically keep their children out of the public eye. However, this cameo marked one of the few public glimpses fans have had since her birthday earlier this month.

The post comes as As Ever rides a wave of success.

The brand’s June 20 restock sold out in minutes. To celebrate, Meghan shared a selfie video on Instagram.

“We spent so much time making sure we had SO much more inventory,” she gushed. “It’s why we took the time, and you guys are doing it again! We’re nearly sold out on everything, and I can’t believe it. Even flower sprinkles!”

Now, all eyes are on As Ever’s next release, a Napa Valley rosé wine, launching July 1 at 8 a.m. PT.

While the duchess hasn’t commented on the symbolic timing, the date also marks what would have been her late mother-in-law Princess Diana’s 64th birthday.

Meghan’s latest video is another example of how she’s shaping her brand to reflect not just her aesthetic, but her values and family.
