King Charles' 'fantastic' appearance in new photo stuns fans as he continues cancer treatment
The king has been seen in Scotland this weekRoyal fans have expressed their relief at King Charles‘ “fantastic” appearance in a new photo amid his ongoing cancer treatment.
The 76-year-old monarch went public with his cancer diagnosis in February last year, after it was reportedly discovered during an unrelated procedure for an enlarged prostate.
Since then, he has dealt with the matter pretty privately, disclosing very few details about his illness to the public.
Earlier this year, he sparked new concern as he was admitted to the hospital due to side effects from his cancer treatment. At the time, he was forced to postpone a string of royal engagements. But it wasn’t long before Charles was back to work, much to the delight of fans.

King Charles looks ‘fantastic’ during latest royal engagement
A new picture, shared by a royal fan this week, shows King Charles in Brora, Scotland, opening a new heritage centre. You can see the image here.
His Majesty received a warm welcome from royal fans who had gathered, several of whom reportedly presented him with flowers.
The photo has also since gained attention on social media, with many fans relieved at the king’s healthy-looking appearance, amidst his cancer battle.
“Picture taken by my cousin today in Brora, Scotland,” the photo was captioned. “Must say our king is looking fantastic.”
“He does look good,” another fan agreed.
“He looks great,” a third person also said.
“Lovely photo, thanks for sharing,” commented somebody else.

The king looked smart in uniform, and he later visited the RAF Lossiemouth, Scotland’s main RAF base, in Moray, northern Scotland.
Here, he reportedly recognised “the sacrifices and achievements” of a squadron at the country’s base. He also thanked their families for their “unwavering support”, which he acknowledged was critical to the air force’s success.
Despite his cancer treatment, Charles continues with his public duties.
He’s expected to take a break later this month as the royals spend their summer break at Balmoral in Scotland.
It’ll no doubt give the king a chance to rest and enjoy some family time with his loved ones.

Is King Charles still having cancer treatment?
Yes, at the time of writing, it’s believed that King Charles is still undergoing cancer treatment.
In July, a rare but positive update was issued on his health. During a visit to Newmarket, Charles reportedly discussed his cancer.
Lee Harman, 54, from Bury St Edmunds, met the king. As reported by the Mirror, he said of their meeting: “I asked him how he was, and he said he was feeling a lot better now and that it was ‘just one of those things.'”
The comment seems characteristic of King Charles’ brave approach to his cancer battle. In another meeting with fellow cancer patients in Ulster in March, he bonded over treatment side effects, reportedly saying: “You just have to push on, don’t you?”
