Prince Andrew lost his virginity when he was 11 years old, a new royal book has alleged.

Royal biographer Andrew Lownie will release his new book, Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, this month, and it contains some shocking allegations about the Duke and Duchess of York.

One extract has alleged that the prince’s first sexual experience happened before he turned 12.

Prince Andrew ‘lost his virginity at 11’ as new royal book makes shock allegations

As reported by The Telegraph, a source quoted in the book says: “He admitted that his second sexual experience came before he turned 12 and when he was 13 he had already slept with more than half-a-dozen girls. I believe this might be the root of Andrew’s problems.”

The book alleges that later in life, “women threw themselves at him” because of his royal status.

According to Lownie, reported by the MailOnline, Andrew told his then wife Sarah: “I am a prince, then a naval officer, then a husband.”

The book claims: “Sarah, insecure, in need of love and attention, became bored, depressed, and lonely, amid the pressures of court life and criticism from both the media and the palace. She was miserable.”

It’s alleged that Andrew and Sarah’s marriage “quickly became an arrangement in which neither was making enough effort”.

He admitted that his second sexual experience came before he turned 12.

During this time, Andrew was working in the Royal Navy. His active service stopped in 2001, nine years after he and Sarah split.

Sarah ‘tried hard to save marriage’ with Andrew

The book claims that Sarah tried her hardest to save her marriage to Andrew, even confiding in his mother, Queen Elizabeth II.

One extract alleges: “She tried to raise the state of her marriage with the queen, but HM was uncomfortable about being involved in other people’s emotional problems and the talk was quickly deflected to dogs and horses.”

Sarah and Andrew split in 1992, and their divorce was finalised in 1996. Despite separating, the two remained close, and they even live together at Royal Lodge in Windsor.

Andrew has faced many scandals in recent years, including over his association with late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

In 2022, Andrew settled a civil case out of court with Virginia Giuffre after she accused him of sexual assault. The Duke of York has always denied the allegations against him.

He’s no longer a working royal, having stepped back from duties in late 2019.

Buckingham Palace hasn’t yet addressed the new biography. Royal Insider has contacted reps for the palace and the Duchess of York for comment.
