He also travelled to Mochdre, to visit the Youth Shedz community initiative. Youth Shedz provides a safe space for young people experiencing challenges.
Upon his arrival, William spoke with the organisation’s founder Scott Jenkinson and his wife Sian, who shared how her support helped Scott overcome addiction and homelessness.
After hearing their story, William turned to Sian and acknowledged: “He has done well to turn his life around.”
Scott emphasised: “With my wife behind me. You know that.”

William’s true feelings “revealed”
Former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond has unpacked William’s cute comment in the Mirror, reflecting on what it tells us about the couple’s relationship.
Behind every average man there is an even better wife.
“I thought it was a sweet comment, which showed just how equal their partnership is, and how much William values Catherine’s support and advice in everything he does,” she said.
“We women also know that it is absolutely true!” The expert went on. “Men are brilliant in so many ways, but it really is almost always the woman of the house who juggles a million balls to keep everyone on track, on time, properly kitted out and happy. I’m sure Catherine is no exception. And good on William for acknowledging this universal truth!”

During his recent trip to Brazil, Prince William opened up about how he and Kate balance being hands-on parents around their royal duties.
“I’m the taxi driver,” he joked during an interview. “Playdates, taxi driver, sports days, matches, play in the garden when I can.”
When quizzed over whether he also does the school run, he confirmed: “School run most days. I mean, Catherine and I share it. She probably does the bulk of it but I do a lot of the week.”
According to reports, the royal couple also have an agreement that one of them will always be around for the children, particularly during term time, to handle school drop-offs and pick-ups.
