Khloe Kardashian's gushing comments about Kate Middleton in resurfaced interview
So sweet!
Khloe Kardashian once praised Kate Middleton as a “fashion icon”, revealing her admiration for the royal’s timeless sense of style.
In 2013, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian were in London to promote the Kardashian Kollection, their line with British fashion brand Lipsy.
During an interview with Yahoo UK, the conversation turned to fashion icons, and one name stood out.

“In the UK, Kate Middleton for us is like our national sweetheart,” the interviewer said, before asking whether the royal might wear one of their pieces.
Khloe didn’t hesitate.
It’s crazy because it could be so simple, and it looks so sophisticated on her.
“In the US, I think she’s idolised as well,” she replied, smiling. “So it would be an honour.”
She continued gushing about the princess’ style, calling her look effortlessly luxe.
“She makes anything look phenomenal and so luxe,” Khloe said. “It’s crazy because it could be so simple, and it looks so sophisticated on her.”
Ever the fashionista herself, Khloe even suggested a specific piece for Kate.
The TV star added: “She does wear a lot of lace, and we have lace pieces. I could maybe see her in one of our lace sweetheart dresses. I think that would be beautiful. She is a fashion icon for sure.”
At the time, Kate was still relatively new to royal life, having married Prince William just two years earlier in 2011.
But her influence on fashion was undeniable. The so-called “Kate Middleton Effect” was already boosting sales for designers both big and small, with everything from her Reiss blazers to L.K. Bennett heels flying off the shelves after a public appearance.

However, Khloe’s sweet comments are not the only time the Kardashian clan have made headlines for their comments on Kate.
In March 2024, Kim Kardashian drew backlash for an Instagram post during Kate’s months-long absence from the public eye.
At the time, speculation was mounting about the princess’ health.
Kim posted a photo of herself in leather pants and a crop top with the caption: “On my way to go find Kate.”
Just days later, on March 23, Kate revealed in an emotional video that she had been undergoing treatment for cancer and was receiving preventative chemotherapy.
Kim’s post sparked some backlash as a result.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were seen mingling with the Kardashian clan in late 2025. The couple made a surprise appearance at Kris Jenner’s James Bond-themed birthday party at Jeff Bezos’ Beverly Hills estate.
Photos of Harry and Meghan were posted by Kim and Kris but quickly deleted. According to Page Six, their team asked for the images to be taken down to avoid stirring up tensions with the royal family.
