Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have shared a sweet loved-up video, firmly shutting down any rumours of a divorce.

The couple, who married in May 2018 and have two children together, are no strangers to PDA.

Taking to Instagram recently, the Duchess of Sussex, 44, got involved in the current 2016 nostalgia trend. In recent weeks, social media users have been reminiscing about 2016, the year where the Snapchat dog filter had everyone in a chokehold and oversaturated Instagram snaps were a thing.

The trend has seen users dubbing 2026 the “new 2016”, and we’re here for it btw.

It’s officially been 10 years since 2016 and it’s got social media users reflecting.

Many celebrities have been sharing throwback photos from that year, bringing us feelings of pure nostalgia.

2016 was a huge year for Harry and Meghan as they first met and struck up a romance.

They embarked on their first date in July of 2016 and even enjoyed a trip to Botswana weeks later.

Marking the milestone, and getting involved in the trend sweeping the internet, Meghan recently shared a video of herself and Harry dancing together.

When 2026 feels just like 2016….you had to be there.

The black and white clip shows Meghan walking towards Harry, 41, before wrapping her arms around his neck. They share a sweet kiss, before romantically dancing in the garden.

At the end of the clip, Meghan jumps up into Harry’s arms and wraps her legs around his waist.

To make it even sweeter, Meghan revealed that their daughter, Princess Lilibet, captured the moment.

Meghan also added a photo to the post, showing her and Harry with their arms wrapped around each other in Botswana in 2016.

She captioned the post: “When 2026 feels just like 2016….you had to be there.”

Meghan credited the video footage to Lilibet, four.

The moment has left royal fans gushing online, with many branding the couple’s romance beautiful.

One person said: “The Princess Lili video says it all. The love, the connection, the joy of dancing from her parents. Harry and Meghan, a beautiful and true love story.”

Another wrote: “Meghan has posted a video of her and Harry dancing. 2026 makes it 10 years since they started their relationship.”

Someone else commented: “Ten years of unconditional love, loyalty and devotion.”

Harry and Meghan’s romance went from strength to strength after their first meeting in the summer of 2016.

Harry proposed to Meghan in late 2017 and they went on to marry months later on May 19, 2018.

Harry and Meghan’s relationship now

Now, the couple live in Montecito, California, with their six-year-old son, Prince Archie, and daughter, Princess Lilibet. They made the decision to step back from senior royal duties in early 2020 to become “financially independent”.

Divorce rumours have plagued the couple, with astrologers, royal experts and reports making the claims in recent months.

Harry previously shut down any suggestion of a divorce. During the New York Times’ DealBook Summit in late 2024, Harry joked: “Apparently we’ve bought or moved house 10, 12 times. We’ve apparently divorced maybe 10, 12 times as well. So it’s just like, what?”

If the couple’s latest dancing video is anything to go by, it’s clear that their marriage is stronger than ever.
