Queen Elizabeth II 'told Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor that Beatrice and Eugenie needed to get a job' as he considered 'abdication'
More information is coming to light in the latest tranche of files
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor reportedly “considered abdicating” his royal role after alleged comments made by Queen Elizabeth II amid his friendship breakup with Jeffrey Epstein.
The claims were uncovered in emails reportedly sent to Epstein from an alleged guest of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s.
They are documented in the new tranche of files relating to late convicted sex offender Epstein released by the US Department of Justice last week.

Queen Elizabeth II ‘gave Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor ultimatum over Beatrice and Eugenie’
According to a 2011 email, the disgraced former prince was said to be “sad and frustrated” and “feeling like a zoo animal” within the royal fold.
Meanwhile, his mother Queen Elizabeth II was said to have told the then-Duke of York that his two daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, needed to get jobs.
As reported by The Telegraph, the May 8, 2011, email, which was written by “Melanie” and sent to convicted sex offender Epstein, detailed: “Stuff bad for A’s girls. Got royal protection taken away. Queen said np royal list, get a job. A is sad and frustrated. Considering abdication but he’s like a zoo animal, no way esp now for him to thrive.” [Sic]
The pair were allegedly discussing the aftermath of the famous photo that showed Andrew strolling through Central Park alongside Epstein in December 2010.
It’s an image that Andrew claimed was taken as he told Epstein they could no longer have a relationship following his 2008 conviction for soliciting prostitution from a minor. Epstein was released from prison in July 2009.
‘Friend’ documented in Epstein files stayed with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor at royal residence
Furthermore, the alleged friend of both Epstein and Andrew discussed how they had stayed at Andrew’s home, Royal Lodge.
They described taking their dirty washing downstairs to be washed, which they claimed left Andrew’s ex-wife Sarah Ferguson unimpressed.
They allegedly said of the scenario: “I hope that wasn’t rude. A said yes, but S wasn’t amused. I needed yoga clothes.”
To which, Epstein replied: “Careful – there is a Daily Mail rat, close to him, not her. He is unaware.”
The person, named on the email as “Melanie” replied: “One of his staff? Who or where is the rat?”
Epstein and “Melanie” allegedly felt it could be a young valet working for Andrew that felt the then-prince was abusing his privilege.

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s alleged correspondence with Jeffrey Epstein
Meanwhile, another string of emails in the files, dated September 27, 2010, supposedly exposed that Andrew allegedly invited Epstein to stay at Buckingham Palace.
The email read: “I am just departing Scotland, should be down by 1800. I’ll ring you when I get down if you can give me a number to ring. Alternatively, we could have dinner at Buckingham Palace and have lots of privacy. A.”
Elsewhere, more emails appeared to show an account identified as “The Duke” in August of that year, agreeing to be introduced to a 26-year-old Russian woman, who Epstein hoped to connect “A” with.
Email speculation continues
The true context or origin of these emails is yet to be confirmed. Ultimately, it has not been confirmed whether these emails pertained to or were from Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
Andrew has vehemently denied any wrongdoing amid the continued scrutiny upon him. Being named or pictured among the Epstein files is not an indication of wrongdoing.
Buckingham Palace and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s representatives have been contacted for comment.
