The Princess of Wales rocks gorgeous new necklace

Just days away from Valentine’s Day, the Princess of Wales has debuted very romantic, heart-shaped necklace during a surprise appearance on February 5.

Princess Kate looked wonderful as she rocked a chocolate brown ensemble with the eye-catching gold necklace.

The princess wore a belted midi dress by Edeline Lee, layered with a structured coat by Catherine Walker, complemented with sheer brown tights and stiletto heels by Gianvito Rossi, as she met with the first female Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend Sarah Mullally, at Lambeth Palace in London.

The gold $2,100 Daniella Draper heart-shaped piece was definitely the star of the show though.

Or perhaps it is an early Valentine’s Day gift? Either way, it is a very romantic present.

As per reports, the Daniella Draper’s Gold Keeper’’ Heart Trace Chain Necklace symbolises “love and connection”.

It was handcrafted in England using recycled 9-carat gold.

Princess Kate isn’t the only one rocking beautiful and unique jewellery this week.

On February 4, 2026, Queen Camilla visited Christ Church Primary School in London wearing a very sweet brooch.

Royal jewellery update

Camilla sported her Van Cleef & Arpels dog brooch from the jeweller’s ‘Lucky Animals’ line.

Camilla has worn the unique bauble numerous times, including at Wimbledon 2024 and when she visited the Battersea Dogs and Cats Home in London in 2020.

Not only is the brooch notably cute, it also represents Camilla’s love of animals.

The jewellery even resembles a Jack Russel and Camilla has two rescue pups of the breed, named Beth and Bluebell. Awww!

Of course, this love of dogs is also a special connection to King Charles and his late mother Queen Elizabeth.

They are both famously known as dog lovers.

In fact, over the years, Queen Elizabeth owned over 30 corgis and dorgis.

On the Cleef & Arpels website, the brooch is described as an onyx and mother-of-pearl pin adorned with 18k yellow gold.

“From the sky to the earth, they perpetuate Van Cleef & Arpels’ traditional menagerie–illustrated by the playful creations of ‘la boutique’ from the 1950s onwards,” the website states.

The dog piece is said to be worth an eye-popping $7400.

The combined total of Camilla’s Lucky Animals brooch collection is reportedly over $40,000.
