We didn't see this coming...

Former royal butler Grant Harrold is pretty certain that King Charles has reached out to Prince Harry ahead of the Commonwealth day service this coming Monday.

And the odds are telling us that we should be preparing for the Duke of Sussex to make a return to his home turf…

King Charles’s ‘olive branch’ to Prince Harry

The latest odds from AceOdds now suggest that it is likely Harry will jet over to the UK for the Commonwealth service on March 9.

The service is a prominent fixture in the royal calendar and with themes of unity being paramount on the day, it would be a fitting occasion for Prince Harry to reunite with King Charles and the other royals.

With odds of 4/6 for him to show up, it looks like Buckingham Palace should be freshening up a room for the estranged prince.

Meanwhile, former royal staff member Grant Harrold seems convinced that Harry could be gearing up for a UK comeback.

Speaking exclusively to AceOdds, Grant said: “We understand that King Charles and Prince Harry are working hard behind the scenes to mend their strained relationship, and while there is still a long way to go it seems that great movement has been made. Because of this, I believe there’s a good chance that the King has extended an invitation to Prince Harry to join Monday’s event.

Prince Harry could make Commonwealth service comeback

“The King knows how important the Commonwealth is to Harry. However, whether he makes the trip or not is another question. I think it’s likely that he will take the opportunity to come back, especially if it’s an invitation from his father, but I think it will largely depend on what other commitments he may have going on.

“But if he can make it work in his schedule, it would be the perfect opportunity. There is going to have to be a public reunion at some point, and what better opportunity than the celebration of the wonderful work of the Commonwealth?”

Meghan Markle gearing up for UK return

It’s a sixty percent chance that the Duke of Sussex could be eyeing up a return in time for the Commonwealth Day service and following insider claims that Prince Harry thinks his and Meghan’s “fresh faces,” could carry the monarchy through the ongoing Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor crisis, it does make sense.

Elsewhere, an insider has alleged that Meghan could also be ready for a UK return.

An insider reportedly told journalist Rob Shuter: “She wants to show the British public what they threw away. It’s not anger — it’s confidence.”

Meanwhile, another source apparently said: “She’s not going back quietly. If she returns, it will be on her terms.”
