'Truth' behind Princess Beatrice's public appearance with husband Edoardo amid worrying marriage claims
The Andrew and Epstein scandal has seemingly taken its tollPrincess Beatrice and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, put on a “united front” in London recently amid worrying claims about their marriage, a body language expert has said.
Rumours have been swirling about the pair’s relationship as Beatrice, 37, deals with a tough time. Beatrice’s parents, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson, have been under intense scrutiny for some months now over their past association with late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
In January, the US Department of Justice released millions of files relating to Epstein and his crimes. Both Andrew and Sarah were reportedly named in the files. They’ve both denied any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein and being named in the files is not an indication of wrongdoing.
Meanwhile, on his 66th birthday in February, Andrew was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office. The specific details of the allegations of misconduct being investigated are unknown. Following the release of the Epstein files, Andrew faced allegations that he shared confidential and sensitive information with Epstein in 2010 during his role as UK’s trade envoy.
Worrying claims made over Princess Beatrice and husband Edoardo’s marriage
Princess Beatrice and sister, Princess Eugenie, have remained quiet on the scandal surrounding their parents. The sisters were also reportedly named in the batch of Epstein files in past emails allegedly sent from their mother Sarah to Epstein.
Amid the scandal, there has been pressure for the sisters to speak out. There’s also been speculation over their royal titles and whether they should keep them since their parents have lost their royal titles and honours.
But that’s not all, it seems. According to reports, the ordeal has taken a toll on Beatrice and Edoardo’s relationship.
Just when she needs him most, he’s been pulling away.

A source recently told the Daily Mail: “Things haven’t been great for a while between them, but Beatrice has been determined to soldier on and forge a path through.
“She really wants to almost naively see the good in people and will turn a blind eye to uncomfortable truths – that is why she was blind to her father’s behaviour, and the same is true of her belief in Edo.”
The insider reportedly added: “She wants to stay together, but he seems more and more distracted by work and travel. Just when she needs him most, he’s been pulling away.”
Meanwhile, another source allegedly claimed that Edoardo is “really worried” that his in-laws will “affect his business”.
Royal Insider has contacted reps for Beatrice and Buckingham Palace for comment.
Beatrice and Edoardo seen out in London
Amid the reports, Beatrice and Edoardo have been seen out in public together.
According to the Mail, the pair were seen leaving the Eel Sushi bar in Notting Hill, London. They were apparently there for a friend’s birthday lunch.
Now, body language expert Darren Stanton has weighed in on their joint appearance amid the worrying rumours regarding their marriage.
Speaking on behalf of Betfair Casino to Royal Insider, Darren revealed: “Her smile appears genuine, with her cheeks naturally lifted, suggesting warmth and sincerity. While her eyes carry a hint of tiredness, there’s still a softness to them that reflects calm.
“He stands with a composed, neutral expression and his presence feels steady and grounding. The way her smile is directed toward him as he approaches the car suggests a supportive and instinctive relationship.”
He added: “Together, their body language conveys a strong sense of unity. The photos reflect a relationship built on mutual support, where both seem to strengthen and uplift each other in an understated way.”
