Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has reportedly forced his brother Prince Edward and his wife, Duchess Sophie, to use a “holiday let” at Sandringham as he’s refusing to budge from Wood Farm.

The former prince, 66, moved to Sandringham in February following his exit from Royal Lodge. Last year, he was ordered to leave his Windsor property of more than two decades. It came as scrutiny was mounting over Andrew’s past association with late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

According to a new report, Prince Edward and Sophie wanted to stay in Andrew’s temporary home, Wood Farm, for their regular Easter break. However, they were reportedly forced to stay in a cottage.

Andrew has been residing at Wood Farm on the Sandringham Estate while his new permanent home, Marsh Farm, underwent renovations.

On April 7, it was reported that Andrew has moved into Marsh Farm.

The Sun recently reported that Edward recently visited his brother for a “quiet word” about hurrying up his move to Marsh Farm.

It’s got to be sorted as Edward and Sophie like to use Wood Farm.

However, for the Easter break, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh have had to stay in Sandringham’s Gardens House as Andrew was reluctant to leave Wood Farm. It reportedly costs up to £4,110 a week in the high season.

Andrew spotted smiling in Sandringham

Since the Edward and Sophie reports emerged, Andrew has been seen out and about on the Sandringham Estate.

In images obtained by the Mirror, Andrew was seen smiling as he drove around the estate on Easter Monday.

Edward was meant to be staying at Wood Farm as he regularly books it for Easter, but his brother was there.

He reportedly drove to Marsh Farm, where he met Sandringham estate manager Edward Parsons about his move there.

The reported drama with Edward and Sophie comes after the Duke of Edinburgh broke his silence on his brother’s Epstein scandal in early February.

Prince Edward speaks out about Andrew scandal

Edward said during a Dubai trip: “I think it’s all really important always to remember the victims and who are the victims in all this.”

It came after the US Department of Justice released millions of files relating to Epstein and his crimes.

Within these files, images appeared to show Andrew kneeling on all fours over an unidentified woman lying on the ground. No context was supplied for the images.

Emails within the files also appeared to show Andrew allegedly sharing confidential and sensitive documents with Epstein during his time as UK’s trade envoy.

Then, on February 19, Andrew was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office. Hours after his arrest, police released Andrew under investigation.
