Prince Harry seen in new video message after being ‘heartbroken’ and ‘wounded’ over charity row
Harry helped set up Travalyst in 2019Prince Harry has released a new video, just days after a friend claimed that he feels “wounded” over his Sentebale charity role exit.
The Duke of Sussex, 40, announced he’d stepped down from his role as a trustee of the Sentebale charity last week. His exit came amid a row with the organisation’s chair.

Prince Harry releases new video amid charity row
The duke has been seen for the first time since the row surrounding his former charity kicked off.
Prince Harry broke cover in a new video for Travalyst, an organisation he leads. They aim to make the travel industry more sustainable.
In a video for the organisation, he spoke about climate change and the company’s five-year milestone report.
“It’s quite clear we’re not progressing as quickly as needed, and the economic impacts are only growing. These realities leave us with a choice: find practical solutions to climate change. Or accept the massive financial and human losses that it’s causing. I think we all agree that the latter isn’t the answer,” he said in the video.
“Travel can do a tremendous amount of good. It connects us to the destinations we love and to the communities that call these places home.”

The duke then continued.
“It drives economic growth, creates jobs, and when done well, can protect the people, wildlife and environment that we all share,” the Duke of Sussex said. “When we started Travalyst six years ago, the goal was simple. I wanted to harness travel’s power and potential to help create a more resilient world.
“I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished.”
Harry then spoke about how Travalyst has been the “the first and only independent organisation to mobilise competing tech and travel companies who see the business sense in sustainability”.
“Together, we’re bringing sustainable solutions to the mainstream, providing travellers with clear information that helps them make better and more informed choices, which is what we know consumers want,” he then added.

Prince Harry ‘wounded’ by charity row
Harry’s video comes just days after a pal of his revealed that the duke feels “upset” by the ongoing row surrounding his old charity, Sentebale.
The duke has been accused of “bullying” by the charity’s chair, Sophie Chandauka.
He is just beyond heartbroken and flabbergasted.
“Beneath all the victim narrative and fiction that has been syndicated to press is the story of a woman who dared to blow the whistle about issues of poor governance, weak executive management, abuse of power, bullying, harassment, misogyny, misogynoir – and the cover-up that ensued,” she said in a statement.

Prince Harry ‘beyond heartbroken’ over Sentebale row
Alex Rayner – Harry’s old school friend from Eton – said: “H is very happy for me to speak for him about how he feels about this awful situation. He is just beyond heartbroken and flabbergasted that the charity he founded as a teenager has been taken hostage by the chair.
“It feels tantamount to a hostile takeover. He is so upset and hurt and wounded about the things that are being said about him.”
Meanwhile, he added: “I think it’s too early to tell whether he will just walk away now or whether he might try and get it back. The way he feels is as if he has had one of his fingers cut off.”
